Pros
File sharing is really easy and the ability to add team members to the group with a click is great. Being able to message between team members is a useful feature.
The ease of use for both the GC and our subcontractors. Like that as a team we can view bids as they are submitted as well as see questions and the appropriate person is then able to respond quickly.
I like how user friendly it is. I also really like that each user controls their account but if I notice it's not up to date, I can make a suggestion.
Pros
This software is helpful and can be customize for the costumers benefits.
Great product that is well used and liked throughout our organization.
Some automation has been helpful to making processes go further. It's also useful to have more data in a single database.
Cons
Can be frustrating when information changes and I cannot change it but must rely on the sub or supplier to update their information which many times they do not.
The communication tends to come across to the contractors like a spam email and is ignored. I find myself needing to always follow up with a company email to get any real traction in communication.
It is not a con towards the software, rather what I dislike is that certain subcontractors do not have building connected.
Cons
Primarily used for Business Continuity but with limited support for Disaster Recovery.
I think that should be standard. Scale 1-10, 1 being not a big deal to 10 being horrible - this is a 4.).
