Pros

The customer service is outstanding. I had a one-on-one call with CSR to help with a few questions I had, and he was extremely helpful - patiently explaining those things I was confused about.
With the new search feature, I am now extremely happy with this product and am very glad to have found it.
Clear Estimates seemed to have ease of use and great customer service. The guy you speak with is VERY nice and understanding of your needs.

Pros

We like the ease of use and that my office and sales staff was easy to start off using. The next best thing about Job Progress is it is completely customizable to suit each ompany.
Job progress is a great software program that has a good mobile application and easy to learn and use.
Easy to program, great features, super folks to work with. The best part is that this platform seems to outperform all the other platforms we've tried and it's much more reasonable in price.

Cons

Some of the categories use the wrong labor code so I have to pay attention, but that is relatively a small deal.
Use this software to reduce the amount of estimating errors and standardize your processes.
In the desktop software I used to be able to put a negative sign in front of a number (-10.00 for example) and it would subtract from the total.

Cons

We ended up cancelling because we were unable to do any zapier integrations.
Difficulty to design and edit templates, no option to download previous proposals or company documents, emails unable to go through and last but not least having to refresh to see updates.
It has sometimes trouble to communicate with eagle view or quickbooks.
