E-Builder is an amazing product. I recommend it to any agency that is looking to improve businesses practices, data collection, and increase overall efficiency.
I loved the look and function of the program. Very easy to use and I love that you paid per job up to a certain amount instead of by user.
The application is very easy to use, very user friendly, is web base access. The search button/functionality is fantastic, is very easy to find some project.
Pros
Overall, great software for a much lower price point than all the competitors. If you are a smaller company, like mine, and you have a tight budget, this is great, functional software.
I love that team at Co-Construct is constantly listening and working to improve the software to better fit my team, my trade partners and my homeowners requests. I love the integration with QB.
I really appreciate how they listen to suggestions you make for improvement, and the AMAZING customer support.
Cons
It can be confusing with different terminologies used such as "forms", "processes", etc. I just need to find submittals and RFIs but can easily get lost.
What I find that might be a little frustrating; is not being able to find information on a project, but this could be because I'm just beginning to use the system.
It does take a bit of time to get used to but its not too cumbersome or difficult to learn.
Cons
I think you guys are missing the need that we have for tying selections due dates to individual tasks (instead of to milestones).
We have struggled for years keeping track of the many details that go along with a complex construction project and CoConstruct provides us with a detailed platform to stay organized.
Australian Quickbooks does but the GST can not be altered to 15% from 10. So no one can use this apart from Australia.
