Easy to access. You can track your changes and know who has the next action

All inclusive solution for project management. This will only be as good as you want it to be.
Really need a champion in your company to help transition to using the software. Expect push back from users as they learn a new format of what they already do.

I have used it within the budgeting department - its put out by our finance, I think using it against its original intention limits it, but those in my department who use it for construction projects find it highly helpful.
The software is somewhat intuitive and manages to handle a lot of information and store it as well in need of future review/audit.
The software has a lot of different elements and I feel stronger tutorials would be helpful.

When approving a submittal, it will disappear from the Workflow. And I can no longer review and find the entry and related documents
