User support is one of the best features that e-Builder has. A simple email to user support will get you in queue for a phone call from an eB rep to discuss the issues you have. They work with you until the issue(s) have been resolved. I highly recommend e-Builder to others in the industry.

In my experience, ebuilder is a powerful tool for Construction Administration workflow for managing submittals and RFIs as well as Document version control. This especially true when it comes to running customized reports.

Bugs pop up sometimes with automated scripts tied to submittal package numbers, RFI attachment depositories, etc. which are usually tied to updates initiated by e-builder.

Overall my experience with E Builder has been a good one. Mostly, due to our outstanding support staff at our system office. Quite honestly, E Builder has had so many issues lately and we are unable to do the things needed because of several issues.

I utilize e-Builder every day in order to process and track the capital expenditures for our projects.
e-Builder is very comprehensive in structuring the functions and file storage to allow the user to retain needed documentation in an organized system while quickly completing processes necessary to manage the capital expenditures of a project.
Occasionally the file system gets locked up and either duplicates files or doesn't allow the upload. This is usually addressed and corrected fairly quickly.

Everyone should try this product , So helpful.
This product is robust its efficiency and innovative makes him above all the others, We can easily reconfigure things without customer service, but when you need them they are so reliable .
Until know I am using this product and I don't have any bad thoughts using it , I really love in features and interface .

Reporting and analytical information. I love how everything is kept in one place and is able to import and export when there are inconsistencies with other programs or non users.
Need more bulk edits and drag and drop functionality. Any other cons I have are within my organization and how we are rolling out processes and under utilizing ebuilder functionality

Overall is a good software for your price, and relatively easy to modulate to your needs.
Fast and easy to navigate. Easy to get help and get things fixed. Good traceability
Terrible system to manage documents. Slow on upload, and download with so many bugs in the process. The process of treating existing files is horrendous, takes so many clicks to do a simple action. If you have to manage thousands of files every day is not your product unless they upgrade soon.

Once you get the basic training with E-Builder it is extremely easy and intuitive to use. We use it for document sharing between contractors, GC, design team, and owner. All processes are available on ebuilder including submittals, RFI's, drawing updates, change orders, construction reports..... Strong software program overall.
Customization and strong customer support.
Server can lag at times to make navigating barely slower than a local drive.

More consistent data to report on
It makes sense and is easy to use. I like the flexibility of custom fields and multiple ways of getting around to different menus.
Manual entry is too much mouse. Would like to be able to use keystroke shortcuts. I wish there was an Invoice Date on the invoice entry and wish there was a drill down to get costs by period.

After going through a failed implementation of a competing product, we were apprehensive when starting over with eBuilder. We have been pleased with the features, functionality and support we have gotten. We have found eBuilder to be flexible and configurable so it matches our processes and adds visibility and consistency to how we work. - Document management allows us to keep all information, from record drawings to O&M manuals in one location that is readily available to all users. - Supports all phases of construction project from planning and budgeting to warranty work.
There have been some bumps along the way (mostly a result of our inexperience) but most have been resolved quickly and satisfactorily.

As a new user, I appreciate the step by step prompts for action for each user's function within the process of contract building, execution and completion.
Step by step prompts for action and procedure are great. Ease of use is very user friendly. I have spent 30 years in the mortgage business prior to my new tenure in Contract development and implementation in this new position for now six months. I used four different systems in my mortgage career since the early 1990s and this software is better than any I previously used as far as ease of use and tracking abilities. I am a fan.
Like all software, the learning curve was necessary but better than most. Repetition of use is the key to learn the system and is easier than most but somewhat challenging on the front end.

I enjoyed the ease of navigation and the ability to add all documents to the platform and disperse or "tag" them to the appropriate submittal / contract.
-The ability to have several windows open while navigating through separate tabs was the most incredible feature of all. you do not realize the value in that feature until you do not have it. VERY satisfied.

I have been using e-Builder for a little over two years now and like more every time I use it. I use e-Builder on a daily basis for all of my projects for hospitals and have the architects, engineers, vendors and contractors utilizing the software. E-Builder is great for keeping track of every aspect of a project from conception through close-out.
