In my 20 years of being in IT, Explorer is by far the very worst vendor i have ever had to deal with. The worst support team ever.

Training is hit or miss and they set up the training before they do their updates (be it adding a module etc) then they are not ready on the day of training and you wait again.

The worst is if you pdf the entire RFI with the responses for your files, it can be an unneccsarily 2+ pages long because of poor formatting features from the developer.

Sometimes errors are generated and there is no explanation, or proposed fix. When doing a review/comment you can't even escape the screen until the program decides it needs to exit.

You also need to add a search feature which searches: SI, PCN, RFI, CO for keywords at once. We often struggle to find a communication and are unsure all forms it was sent within.
