Pros

Excellent experience from the demo through the purchase and implementation. Our account success manager and tech support have been very helpful.
When we needed help with an issue we had great support staff to give us a hand. The customer representative with Esub is hands down one of the best contacts to have at Esub.
I like the ease of use for eSUB. It is a great simple app that we use for monitoring and organizing documentation.

Pros

Mark Systems has been a pleasure to work with. They are very helpful and responsive to issues that come up.
Most importantly, if you do have questions, all of the staff at Mark Systems knows the product and there are specialists and support if needed. The reporting is amazing and easy to understand.
The company has a great technical support staff who is great to work with.

Cons

Can be confusing on the contract and budget and how they are calculated when PO's are done. Pay applications should more simple, overall can be time consuming at times.
The problem with this type of product was there were tons of functions that a subcontractor would never need or use. These products were also not efficient in exchanging files and information.
Getting a job set up is not quite smooth yet. I have a little trouble figuring out how to get my information switched over from the Edge.

Cons

Setup has been very difficult, and we received a lot of bad direction throughout the process.
As a growing company, those tools were weak and were a serious burden to our company, so we looked at home building software and decided on Mark Systems.
We build just over 100 homes a year and are anxious to do more. We transitioned to Mark Systems from Quickbooks and spreadsheets.
