I loved the ease of use and the ability for the product to analyze large sets of data (costs and fees) very quickly. That ability helps identify opportunities in just minutes.

Flipper Force has a ease of use that I'm comfortable with. I'm not the most Tech friendly but not a stranger and FF is easy to navigate and comprehend being put together very well.

It is a good starting tool to measure project potential. They company is in continuing development of the product so there are almost weekly updates to functionality and ability.

I am just working through the free trial to evaluate the software. So far I have been pleasantly pleased with the setup and the deliverables that come with it.

I love that I can get my questions answered quickly either through the Help section or chat feature.

I love the budget tracking feature. It lets me add expenses, and estimates my expected profit.

I was in love with the well put together lay out from the very beginning from the video tutorials to the direct and easy to ready and function toolbars etc etc.

Could not enter additional expenses in rehab list. Some little graphic defects from time to time.

Flipperforce is the first product we've found that we actually like that is created specifically for people who buy, renovate, and sell houses. It's got so many useful features.

Software is very intuitive and comes from a developer who has applicable experience in what a renovator needs in a software application. Customer Support is beyond great.

What i enjoyed most here is the accounting section, between project budgeter and expense tracker and income tracker this software makes my life so easy.

There is no App for the software. Using the browser on your phone can be a little clunky at times.

My team has been asking for a management tool for quite sometime but I had trouble finding one that worked well and met our needs.

Hard to find the yield % on rentals. More ways to input short term lease investments ie Airbnb’s.

Thank you for your amazing review and feedback!   As you know, everything is project-based in the app, so we don't have a spot for general business docs, tasks or expenses, but we will take a look at that in the future.

This tool has helped save me money on projects because I have been able to see specific line items where I am at(over/under) and allowed me to make necessary adjustments.  My team has been asking for a management tool for quite sometime but I had trouble finding one that worked well and met our needs.  We tried building out our own in Podio, Zoho, and Monday.com, but it was costly, time intensive, and glitchy.  Finally, something out of the box that works well for our needs and super user friendly.

As a new flipper, I had lots of questions and wasn't sure exactly how to go to best track things, but I wish I had found this sooner when I was looking at several houses.  By the time I had found this software, I was pretty committed to purchasing the house but I still ran through all the prospective steps just to have it on record if nothing else.

The system works great.  They have definitely thought about a lot of details that I wouldn't have for a first version.  It was easy to get setup, to add a property and start adding in deal info.  I was able to create a pretty professional looking investor packet in a very short amount of time.

 I was using a very detailed excel sheet for tracking my renovations that can sometimes get a little complicated.  The cost tracking on this software so far has been great.  

So far so good

Thanks for the review and the feedback!  We do have plans to add a Google Calendar integration in the 1st half of 2021 so you can sync your tasks to your Google Calendar!

Overall, I would recommend this software to anyone in the business of flipping.
