Pros

Pros

Ability to gain insights into builder buying metrics. Can take information to help builders with rebates.
Overall, supplypro helps keep us organized. It helps out collect and send payments and it is easy to use but could be easier on the eyes.
Easy to get started and includes many features that help keep jobs organized. Email reminders help us stay on track.

Cons

Cons

Do not like how the billing is determined. You get charged for every p.o. in Hyphen even if the p.o.'s are wrong or zeroed out or even get charged if we are not doing any product.
Going into each one is time consuming. The 24 hour delay to enter invoice info is pointless.
The system was a little confusing to navigate.
