Materio is a cloud-based software designed to help construction businesses create estimates/proposals and manage construction projects on a centralized platform. We understand you are new and will constantly be improving but what we appreciate most is the ability to communicate with your team and the QUICK updates you often integrate based on feedback.

HOWEVER, like I said at the beginning of my review, I do believe Materio will be a viable solution and I do hope to one day really really love Materio.

The product clipper is great and easy to use. Clients like having a say with the suggestion feature, and being able to comment on individual selections.

He'll be able to see that when he chooses option A or B.Example: Our client expects to spend 2.1 with us for his project.

Very user friendly, clean to look at, and easy to navigate.

Perfect for our cost plus model. Love the stacks and mood boards, oh and the QR codes.

Client facing portal is user friendly and helps clients be guided toward selection choices. As a Builder, our company uses this for all of our projects.

I like being able to organize all files and details within each line item. Clients like seeing the scope page with the budget detailed out.

The pricing was one of the main factors I switched over and for it to quickly go up shortly after I signed up was also disappointing.

I love the complete integration of the entire team, between the site, office, and clients this puts all the key players in connection which aligns with our business premise.

It's been a boost to our business, given us a professional way to interface with jobs and keep clients updated on their projects. It helps keep us accountable and move items & projects forward.

General Contractor

Our main pain point (which in the scheme of things is minor) has to do with the accounting/expense side of the platform.

I've had some trouble learning how to use, but I think the reason is that I do not use it regularly enough.

It has been nothing but great! The clients love it and understand it and it makes our jobs easier.

Your customer service is exceptional!  Thank you!  We understand the need to not have a phone number but often feel the ability to quickly explain things is lacking.  Since its a new software, we sometime just want to pick up the phone and explain it rather than type and hope you get it.  We think you guys are doing an awesome job and need to find a way to get your name out there more!!  None of my designer friends know about you guys, but would LOVE you!  Here to help however we can - we are big fans!

As an interior designer, staying organized with a million decisions that need to be made is difficult. The organization within Materio has made it easier to get decisions approved and keep the project moving. Working with a residential construction team, it has been difficult to get them on board with using Materio, when they've always worked with pencil and paper. I think the features are there, and Materio is awesome at constantly improving, but the whole team needs to be on board with learning and utilizing the software for it to be optimally efficient.

We've loved using Materio & couldn't do our day to day work without it! Thankful for their customer service as well - anything that we've asked as far as development goes, they're on it and within days. Highly recommend this product to any designer or contractor in the biz!

Materio has captured a part of my design process that had previously been completed using various software programs. Materio has allowed us to streamline our process and organize the project while still effectively and comprehensively managing all of the details.

Nile, thank you for taking the time to write a review for Materio! We love to hear that we are replacing various other systems for your process using our platform. Regarding the PDF export functions: we are working on more robust exports and can't wait to show them with you! 

As a small and relatively new design/build firm that is human-centered, we had been unable to find a good project management tool fit--many of the well-known tools are too bloated with features that we'll never use, a few are too light on features, and the vast majority put data first rather than people first.  Materio is a game-changer for us!
