Pros

Orbis is definitely worth the investment of time and money to incorporate into your operations. It will save time and effort in the long run and help to keep you in control.
Its been an excellent experience to date. I highly recommend their product.
Dealing with the Orbis pro team has been excellent due to the excellent customer service.

Pros

I have had a great experience with OmTrak a reps, the service is great and they are always around to help if you have any questions or issues.
I would suggest when engaging Omtrak, get them to be responsible for adding in all the assets and asset information required for Defence.
Easy to track the issues, know what is outstanding and know what needs to be resubmitted.

Cons

Administratively, there are some common errors made by the Administration Team but we are unable to fix them ourselves, we have to contact the Nexvia team to undo the error.
You can genuinely manage a project from inquiry to sign off of defects from this one online platform.
You can track and sign off defects using simple data entry techniques.

Cons

The problem is each project is different with different systems used so the consistency and standardisation is never the same which is a problem for the client.
Only able to apply Defects to one subbie, for example some issues need two or three subbies to complete a job. Need to create defect workflows.
You had to have an account to take the defect photos rather than multi engineers then uploading to a single account after the site inspection.
