Pros

Brilliant, they really seem to focus on customer care as it was always helpful and there straight away.
Many great features but the best feature by far is its ability to organize drawings. Additionally the RFI, RFQ, and Change Event features are all great.
Was very kind, honest, and helpful when giving us information and even other options outside of Procore to help suit our needs. Easy to access and navigate.

Pros

I like the many options presented to develop a comprehensive estimate. Customer Service is the best I had encountered with any cost related company.
Generally good - we are satisfied with the product. Customer service is great too.
Very comprehensive cost database. Good coverage of locations across the US and Canada and useful index tables.

Cons

The preconstruction bidding tool is horrible and the development team is more concerned with increasing their market share than fixing problems with the tool.
Awful - horrible program that you cant even stop the stupid emails even after you tell them you want nothing to do with their program any longer. I would pay to get rid of this program.
The interface is bad for GC’s, but horrendous for subcontractors.

Cons

But it is hard to be frustrated when software has more than you need.
The software is unreliable. It has costed our company several hours of lost productivity.
Also, I have yet to meet any one that truly uses RSMeans as it is essentially a dead tool.

Live online file and drawing sharing with field personnel. Photo sharing as well. User level restrictions are well implemented.

Cons

Excessive new features added before old features are refined. Automation attempts getting worse. Relies heavily on local file storage vs online viewing for mobile. Heavy data usage

Online project management with a document portal

Pros

It's an all in one portal for documents for a project. Simply setup your project on Procore and subs can login and be a part of your online organized project.

Cons

Procore forces subs to use the system regardless if they want to or not. I often have issues with subs being unhappy they have to use procore when they are not trained on the software.

Productivity on the job site increases with great software. Managing projects can have alot of twists and turns but Procure eliminates a ton of these

Cons

Great Framework, Missing Features

Procore has provided a great product which has allowed us to centralize and organize project documentation. It has greatly improved communication both internally and externally. It has allowed us to streamline bidding, contracting, and change orders. It has also greatly improved our project documentation, tracking plan revisions, site inspections, and pictures. Missing a few key features which keep the product from being great. No way to T&M contracts, void contracts, specifications->purchase orders, zero out contracts, include positive income which may offset budget line times. Missing some features that are key to being an owner/developer and general contractor. Missing features for multi-lot projects.

Fantastic Project but requires 2FA to be implemented.

Having a central point for projects which allows us to grant access to subcontractors, clients and staff without requiring access to our internal servers is a big positive and main talking point.

Pros

The ability to manage projects in a single place and assign staff to the specific projects as well as permissions. Also, the unlimited disk space for the project files is also a nice addition and one less thing required.

Cons

The software/website itself need to implement Two Factor authentication so all the data has the extra level of security, it also stops any confidential data being added due to the risk.

The tech support is second to none. They are friendly and fast to respond. I don't know any other company that allows you to submit suggestions online whenever you want..and actually reads them!

Pros

Procore is easier to use than most online/web-based PM products.

Cons

There are still some bugs that limit how things are done in certain tools and they end up being confusing. Such as "workflows" in submittals and such.

Time saving, easy use, accurate progress tracking, data and document management.

Pros

I love all the features. It has made tracking project progress so much easier, and cut way down on the amount of paper we use! It has very tutorials to get older staff members on board. Its makes it easier to coordinate between the office and the field.

Cons

There are some very small things I would suggest implementing to increase the utility of procore but I don't think it could get much better at what it does. Its really quite great.

Pros

Easy to use and navigate. Subcontractors think it is easy to use and navigate as well. Makes tracking daily tasks a breeze

Cons

IPhone app needs updates to match the functionality of the online pc version. Need to be able to custom certain items also

qty and price already "adds up". Too much time to create a system proposal because you need to add each line. Procore system contains a construction system layout with all its accessories synced as soon as I click the type of system to be installed.

Pros

The catalogue does contain a fair amount of line items.

Cons

I need to create my own system. I need to search for items with different terms. Line items sometimes may be too generic or too specific. It's not consistent.
