Pros

I couldn't be happier with the ease of use, time savings, outstanding format and customer service. I HIGHLY recommend this to any contracting firm looking for a way to streamline their daily reports.
Raken solves that with its easy to use interface, cloud storage, and impressive looking reports. What sold us the most on the product was its ability to incorporate photos into our reports.
This is a good piece of software for small to mid size contractors. It allows easy tracking of time and costs allocated to a project, and can help keep you on track to maintain profitability.

Pros

They take all the wish list from users and continue to improve which is awesome knowing it will grow as we grow.
Easy to do take offs and manipulate the software to your individual requirements. The support teams are great, always ready to help you and assist you in getting the most out of the software.
My overall experience with Buildxact is great. Estimates are Professional and build confidence in your clients.

Cons

The app keeps logging my guys out & they have problems logging back in. I am having problems getting my reports.
As a Superintendent for a commercial construction company, it is hard to find time to sit down and fill out your log book. Let alone track down pictures and organize them so they relate to that day.
I do have a suggestion if you could make the workers to where if you made a mistake while inputting their information (name) to be able to edit instead of having to delete & redo.

Cons

Inability to adjust purchase orders once created (need to delete and go again). Not having a take off tool once the job goes past estimate stage.
Could have smoother transition between estimate and invoice. Should be in same drop down box.
I spend less time in the office and more time on the tools and having a clod beer after a hard day.
