Pros

RedTeam is a user friendly, and has a great template for any contracting business that needs help in organizing and start-up.
Customer service was awesome and readily available to help. Overall this software was great.
Great experience as the CFO even came to visit our office when in town. Excellent working relationships with customer service and overall very satisfied.

Pros

The efficiency it allowed my company to set-up and customize projects & people. Projul's Customer support is awesome which has been very beneficial for me in understanding the program.
This is the fourth software we tried. Projul is the best and it has made a huge difference to our company.
The software is extremely easy to learn and very user-friendly as it follows logical thought processes. It has a clean design and visually it is easy to find the information you need.

Cons

We were frustrated with duplicating our effort and the time we wasted tracking insurance expirations, releases, duplicate invoices, etc.
Must log out and start all over. Should be able to see the names of projects -- the project numbers to ID the project does not work well with multiple projects happening at the same time.
There are still features waiting to be added to the software since the peers of the RedTeam provides already. The interface could be more confusing than you expect.

Cons

Seriously, the errors we experienced way to often with several people scheduling our contractors and schedule changes from customers are gone.
They open their daily schedule and just click on their daily tasks. The app maps their route to appointments and tracks our teams communications about the job, the location, problems, etc.
M not sure it’s a con but it took me a week before I could get my entire team to use it.
