Not good so far, but feel like if Vista had Professional Support that we could talk to we could be using it. we use Procore now but would like to discontinue it.
Nothing, we cannot roll this out due to lack of support from Vista in setting this up. Maybe this review will get someone's attention so we can begin to use this software.
Everything. we are unable to use it. We cannot get support

Good support, great implementation, excellent integration into Vista.
The product has come a long way since the original version that just produced submittals. The integration for creating projects in TEAM directly from Vista has so far been seemless. Getting dashboard job cost information from Vista has also been a well received feature. Being able to tag markups on drawings and create Issues on the fly is also a great tool.
TEAM has the potential to be great. There are other very similar products on the market that much stronger feature set. No reason TEAM couldn't easily step up to their level, especially now that Trimble is the owner. It was a very hard decision for us, do we go with Procore and get all the features we need now, but at a higher price and buggy integration, or do we go with TEAM, which has an excellent integration and is cost effective and hope that one day they complete the package. We chose to wait it out with TEAM.

Everything is in one place (documents, contracts, drawings, RFI's, submittals, etc.) Extremely easy to use. Online chat support - so very helpful. Integrations with Docu-Sign and Viewpoint are beneficial.
-Lack of ability to manipulate reports without technical support. - Drawing function from the field side still causes problems when you don't have a strong wifi signal.

Procore adds a freshness to the industry, having worked with CMiC, Viewpoint and Newforma, none of them have the swiftness and the fluidity of Procore. It saves time for me and money for the owner
the app 100%, being able to put a daily report together without opening up my laptop or putting together the FINAL draft of a punchlist while I'm walking around. The templates are life savers.
The differences in abilities between the app and the web interface, specifically exporting certain items to distributable (Is that a word?) pdfs as well as having some items that can only be deleted or edited a particular way from the web interface and not the app. The massive battery life drain of the app, especially in punchlist mode.

Increase use in the field
The mobile app is as user-friendly as a large-scale social platform. This has allowed our senior field staff, most of them are typically the most reluctant to accept change, to fully embrace the platform. During our initial review, all six of our supers noted that their use of Procore has increased their efficiency, decreased rework & dramatically changed how they communicate & drive our subcontractor's performance in the field.
Ease of customization is lacking. Surely everything can be built to your company's needs however, it is not easy, takes time, can become expensive & is often not editable. Common QA/QC, hot work permits, AHA, ICRA & storm water management templates are not available... seems like an easy change but unfortunately it is not. The other biggest issue is Procore not talking to Procore & Procore not partnering up with Viewpoint.

I would love to see more integration between Sage/timberline and Procore. A total one stop shop for everything!

We are able to upload the most recent drawings, add sketches to RFI's, and answer questions quicker. Everything is organized in one place that all trades have access to
Able to update drawings in real time so all trades can access the most up to date documents
When new items are uploaded it does not notify all team members

Overall my experience with the product is good. Although I've had no formal training on the product I found it easy to use.
Great for team interaction, keeps entire team in the loop effectively
Should have a better way to handle "ball in court" transitions, or allow review and upload of documents from additional people even when not in court.

Procore is a secure, cloud-based and allows unlimited users per instance, it has unlimited Data & Storage.
Granular Permissions are severely lacking to allow a better team use of Procore.

Great
Versatility. It has most everything I could ask for in a construction software and is always improving.

Ability to share plans and documents with team members. Ease of use. Centrally located data for team. Automatic team updates and distribution of Documents,
The time card feature could be made more user friendly. Sometimes Procore's server seems to be a bit slow.

Both field and office teams find value in the use of Procore, so much so - the saying goes, "If its not in Procore, it doesnt exist"
We are able to grab qty's installed, manpower, and schedule dates from Procore to develop earned value curves - graphically - within an instant lets the teams know if they are on track.
Team is always looking for the next feature rollout, Procore teams non-committal to implementation dates.

* I like the most about the Procore software is that the monitoring can also be done through mobile
* the best thing also is even without internet connection, you can update the team from different locations

Accountability of all of the team members. Holding our team members accountable by using the observations module in Procore.
Instead of Safety Violations in the daily report it should be called safety observations. Safety Violations is a very negative word.

Nothing else to add
Ease of use. Easy to navigate. The ability to have all drawings and any updated provided in one place makes for easy communication with the contractor
There are times when upgrades are done without prior knowledge which may create confusion within the team

When all of the project participants are using electronic media Procore can make the submittal process and project communication with the stakeholders seamless thus saving time and effort of the project team.
When not every team member is online more work needs to be done to make submittals using PDF functions.

Less paper, easy to go in and access records, drawings, etc. from computer or mobile devices.
Ability to connect all members of the project team, from Owners to Designers to subcontractors and suppliers.
We have had problems getting some team members, mostly architects and engineers to figure out how to use the system.

My team is more efficient
The software makes my life more efficient. I appreciate how easy it is to communicate field issues to clients IN THE FIELD!
When I have to travel to the field I miss some of the budget functions that the desktop functions have. The mobile apps have a lot of tools but I do not have the ability to look at budget and full contract/requisition approval approval features.

collaboration, tracking, ease of retrieving information
Day to day use for the field team pushes construction forward. PROCORE is designed for collaboration! The chat team being available on the fly is amazing!
Sometimes there are too many ways to do one thing, making it harder for an administrator to troubleshoot. So, the same thing that makes it great for the mass population can make it difficult for the administrators. The chat team and other support is amazing to help with this though.

We switched our entire company platform to Procore about a year ago. It has had tremendous positive impact on our entire process, from project management to budgets to billing to communication with all parties involved in a project. As a young company we are also excited about the value Procore places on R&D and continually improving their product.
Cloud based, increases efficiencies and productivity of Team members, facilitates communication of internal team members as well as external parties (including subcontractors, Owner, Architect, Engineer and vendors)
Requires a strong internet connection to fully function, mobile app designed for jobsite superintendents does not include all PM tools

Cant wait to start using it on more projects
I like that it has unlimited team sizes and the whole project team can be on the platform, not just those on the company that purchased the license.
It is very US centric, not as functional for International projects
