Loads of great features at a fraction of the price of Square or other comparable booking site options. The best value that I was able to find after months of research and experimentation.

Pros
It's the cheapest option by a long shot that offers google calendar sync, pre-booking credit card collection, and an imbedded widget. Altogether a fantastic value that hits most of the best features of bigger, more expensive services like Square.

Cons
There are sometimes some syncing issues between this calendar and my google calendar, and the occasional bug where I am not sent notification of a new appointment. These are few and far between, however.

Cheap and quality scheduling software that has everything i need.

Pros
Free service has calendar sync. Abilities to make notes on clients automatic reminders. Very easy to use. I would say better than most of the paid versions

Cons
I am not able to customize email or text reminders unless upgrading. Tbh the price of upgrading is really not that bad.

I set up a very small online yoga business earlier this year and selected 10to8 for ease of set up and price. Unfortunately, it has been letting me down. There are glitches delaying bookings and casuing issues with payments through PayPal. There are also functions I could really use that 10to8 doesn't offer, or only includes with their most expensive package.

Pros
The price is my favorite thing about 10to8.

Cons
There are frequent glitches (usually delayed registrations) which have been costing me money and customers.

The interface just wasn't very user friendly. I ended up going with Calendly instead, which I'm very happy with.

Exactly What I Was Looking For

I had been looking for a scheduling solution for my counseling business for a few years, ever since I started, and had tried several different options that fell short. 10 to 8 is the exact solution I was hoping existed out there somewhere. So simple, easy for users with no long registration process, and either free or super affordable depending on your needs. Has been a huge help in my business and I couldn't recommend it more highly.

Pros
Ease of use for both business and client, coupled with the affordable price. To have both in one product is unbelievable.

Cons
There are a few features that would be helpful to have added, like more customization for communicating with clients after they've booked. I believe the company is working on adding those important features though as they've always been receptive when I provide that feedback.

Great company offering a great service in a professional way. This has made me starting my own Physio clinic very easy and decreased a lot of stress. Why pay for a receptionist when 10to8 does it for you at a fraction of the cost?

Cons
As a health practitioner it would be great if the software allowed for keeping patients treatment notes on it, but I am just being picky. The appointment interface that potential clients see when trying to book an appointment with me isn't the most attractive or user friendly, but again I am just being picky.

Low overhead cost, less no-shows, and ease of scheduling.

Pros
The software helps us a lot with scheduling and avoiding no-shows. Patients love the text reminders, and we love that they show up to their appointments.

Cons
I actually really like this service. It's hard to find bad things. Doing a great job! If I had to say something is a con it would be that each text message to the clients comes from a different phone number each time. That confuses people sometimes.

Simple, inexpensive, reliable online scheduling for my patients! Even when I'll have to pay for the more than 100 appointments in a month, the cost is STILL more economical than other service providers.

Pros
I love that the software is free for fewer than 100 appointments made per month. I can't wait until I "have to" pay for more, since it's so easy to use!

Cons
I would love to see patient down times introduced to the software. I run two rooms in my acupuncture practice. I spend 30 minutes with a patient and then they rest for 30 minutes with needles in while I spend 30 minutes with the next patient. I've worked around the fact that the appointment looks like it's only 30 minutes instead of the 60 that it actually is, but it would be nice if the software could account for it. I switched to 10to8 from StyleSeat (they went downhill) that had this feature, and it was much less confusing for patients.

Pros
10to8 is easy to use, it does everything I need - it is easy to schedule appointments, client gets notification and reminders based on the schedule I want. Confirmation and reminders come automatically to clients e-mail and text to their cell phone. There is an option to choose just one method or both. I get notification as well. There is an option of syncing with my own calendar, so I don't have to do the double work. Clients have an option to reschedule their appointment right from their e-mail or text. "Thank you" and an "Invitation for review" comes automatically after appointment was completed. The software has a lot of features, and it is a great value for the price. All questions are answered in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend!

Cons
I am in the US, on Pacific time. 10to8 representatives are in Britain. Due to this time difference - there is not easy to communicate sometimes (however, all questions are answered in a very timely manner). My plan allows messages only, I can't talk to a real person. Also, clients' reviews are not being stored in the clients' database.

Clients freedom to schedule their own appointments. My own freedom from answering phone calls and booking their appointments. Appointment reminders have reduced no-shows big-time!

Pros
It's free! It's easy to setup and easy to use. Clients love it. I was able to get rid of my daytimer.

Cons
Nothing really. Except that as a free user I don't have the same options as the paid versions. And paid versions could be cheaper.

10to8 saved me time and helped me to work more efficiently. I was able to send prospects/clients to my website to book their own appointments. 10to8 synced with my calendars. I did not have to stop my busy schedule to schedule appointments manually.

Pros
Low cost. Tons of features. The contact list and notifications were wonderful. This software has tons of capabilities.

Cons
The embeddable page was not as user-friendly for my clients as I'd have liked. I could not change the layout.

Helps with scheduling single lessons. Not worth the price to use for all recurring lessons not willing to pay that much.

Pros
I love being able to embed a scheduling widget on my own website and my clients seem to have few difficulties using it. Google Calendar sync is obviously an essential and works quite well.

Cons
Inability to sync with multiple Google Calendars (e.g., for different locations) is unfortunate. Biggest disappointment, though, is that the lowest price-point for a non-free plan is still prohibitively expensive for solo entrepreneurs. There's no way to pay for only the functionality I want to use, so I'm left with only the free version. I've never had to struggle to get a company to accept money from me before.

I have persuaded most of my clients to use online booking freeing up quite a chunk of my time chasing up clients.

Pros
Ease of setting up and affordable for small businesses with low numbers of bookings, also reasonably easy to enbed and get active. Easy to use client interface.

Cons
It holds business address as primary address I don't use business address for appointments and software unable to select studio address as first choice without further payment.

Less missed client appointments immediately. Much better able to organise my business using this system. Online booking has reduced my workload and clients love it. The online booking has made my business look modern, user friendly and progressive.

Pros
It was easy to switch over to and set up. Low cost and compatable with google calendar. It has saved me money and paid for itself immediately.

Cons
Doesn't work well on ipad. There has been glitches and reminders missed which has caused problems with customer service.

Easy scheduling app. For a small business, the price is right!

Pros
It connects easily to my existing programs. The color coding makes it easy to identify which function is which. Customer service is responsive and friendly.

Cons
Photos need more adjustment than expected. A few extra steps required to edit messages. The pages don't flow as easily as expected.

Absolutely love the user interface. Friendly and helpful customer support staff. Still has a few bugs to work out. Had issues with the robot that answers the phone number that sends SMS to clients. They answered my support email right away and said they were working on it. On the app, the "get directions" to a client's address button doesn't work. A few other minor things like that. I think it's worth sticking it out for the long run - once they figure out their bugs it will be a fantastic system!

Still have a lot of bugs to work out - but their support staff is speedy to respond and very friendly!
