What is ABM Loyalty?

ABM Loyalty is a cloud-based loyalty program platform with integrated CRM suitable for a variety of B2B and B2C organizations who would like to further develop their buyer/customer relationships and stimulate repeated sales. Users are able to identify customers, reward purchases, create offers, collect customer data, compare the performance of multiple outlets, form customer groups based on consumer behavior or demographic data, and more.

ABM Loyalty enables users to implement unique loyalty programs in order to encourage users to form an attachment to the company or brand, and stimulate repeated sales from customers. In order to retain and attract new clients, organizations can create attractive offers and add an emotional component to sales while supporting the client’s interest. Offers can take personal customer preferences into account and can include bonuses which can be exchanged for unique prizes, special offers, or participation in drawings.

Through the use of loyalty cards and mobile apps, organizations can identify customers as they register or make a purchase, and collect their data. Users can collect information to determine which are the most active or passive, direct or indirect clients, as well as see which goods are purchased the most, which goods bring maximum profit, and compare performance across all outlets. ABM Loyalty enables organizations to build customer groups based on consumer behavior and demographic data in order to conduct personalized campaigns and promotions, and reward purchases, participation and activity.

ABM Loyalty provides a detailed customer history of purchases made via the site or mobile app, allowing companies to offer their clients bonuses for various actions such as registration, the purchase of specific goods, changing to a new level, birthdays, leaving feedback about an establishment or products, and more. Additional features include tools to create unique proposals and campaigns, and view detailed information regarding the demand for each product’s SKU (stock keeping unit).

The total number of issued bonus cards is more than 120,000 participants. Increase in the average check by 20%. Increase in the average number of positions in the check. The "LotOK" chain, in addition to the key card, provides the special keychain to the main card, which allows the entire family to accumulate additional funds on the account. Participants present their key card or keychain at the POS before each purchase and automatically accumulate points to their account. For each 1 (one) hryvnia paid in the retail chain, the Participant receives 1 (one) "OK". After the payment (cash or bank cards), the check indicates the number of accumulated "OK" in the form of an integer

1. Cloud-based CRM system for managing the program and settings of rewards. 2. The site was developed and integration was carried out with the personal cabinet of the Participant (client) of the Loyalty program www.lotok.ua 3. Participant's tool - a plastic card with bar codes EAN 13 and QR code. 4. Mobile app, wallet (iOS, Android). 5. Integration with iBox self-service terminal networks. 6. Single channel (omni channel) for correct data collection and interaction with the participants of the program. 7. Integration with the cash software.

Previously, our stores provided customers with discounts. This howled is not profitable for our retail chain. ABM Loyalty is a bonus loyalty program. It was difficult for us to adjust to the bonus program.
