Pros

This is a very easy system to set up and figure out on my own. Customer service is great and love their sense of humor.
The ability for our customization from offerings, to schedules has made this a perfect and economical solution.
What I like most about the software is the ease of use and simplicity. It works extremely well to schedule clients and then takes some automation out of the followup process which is helpful.

Pros

The solution is very easy to use, the surveys look great and get great response rates, and it integrates with Salesforce which makes reporting super easy.
I love the platform and how easy and fun is to do the surveys and its an easy way to get a feedback from your customers.
I love the interface for creating surveys - super easy to use and they offer nice templates that make my surveys look very custom.

Cons

I am fuming when I block off appointments. People can still book in may have to book appointments in to stop this.
Some of the functions are hidden in weird spots - it may make more sense for larger orgs but for small and single traders, managing preferences out of the 'calendar' section is a bit weird.
At this point in my usage, I am unable to make negative comments.

Cons

Problems with changing creator's account password. Tech support ineffective in solving some basic, continual problems.
If anything, it could be a little cheaper, but I'd really struggle to criticise this software.
Very expensive if you want to have the Salesforce connection. Also I think the customisation of the surveys is a bit poor, there should be an option to edit CCS, HTML, etc.
