Acuity Scheduling vs My PT Hub Comparison

I love that it gives me the ability to customize each different type of appointment down to the forms as well as the time blocks for each one

Right now there are no real cons. I find it easy just need to become more acclimated to it

I would like the option to have multiple LABELS for each type of appointment, so that a patient/appointment can be reviewed under several labels, ie, Private payer, AND cash, AND gym member

It has functioned for me as both client and provider without any glitches or bugs. I love the reminder function. I love how it is simple, elegant and easy to use.

I couldn’t migrate my data from my EHR program.

I was not able to integrate my account with my email calendar

I honestly saw this by looking at another nail artist booking link. So I downloaded it and and start using it and I loved it it lets me be creative and it’s free but I keep seeing a link saying it’s one that cost where my clients can pay when they book so I will have to look into it.

The only thing I don’t like is I can’t change my them color to my online link so my clients can book.

I like how easy it is for me and my customers to utilize

It kicked me out and disabled my website and my customers couldn’t book

I am out of the office constantly. Acuity allows me to schedule appointments without having to be in the office. And, it helps alleviate the back and forth via e-mail or voicemail.

Had difficulty connecting my Outlook Calendar with Acuity. Mainly on my end because my office account is set up using a different e-mail.

My calendar existed in my head and on paper. Using Acuity takes the guess-work out of my availability and saves me from countless emails back and forth figuring out availability.

I underestimated how much I had to know my own schedule before opening up Acuity for my clients. It means that before I shared my schedule with others, I had to be really clear on my own availability.

Ease of use

Would love an app or an easy way to update my hours from my phone

I loved how I can customize and categorize each of my appointment. How I can except despiser for specifics and how I can lay out my policy before they even book. It’s a game changer.

I don’t like how I have to individually add my clients to my books lol

Easy to use, easy for customers to use (big plus!) and lots of tools to customize. Emails from company are witty and personable. The company seems cool!

The most challenging part has been transitioning my clients from my old scheduling software to acuity.

The ease of use on the computer and the automatic reminders to clients.

The software is more difficult to use on my phone than it is on my computer.

Being someone who does not have a very good relationship with technology, this system was easy to catch on

I wish there was an easy way to keep my availability in sync with my calendar. Example, if I schedule something in my personal calendar that is linked with Acuity, it would automatically take that time out of my availability.

I like how easy this is and flexible. I have classes and consultations and therapy appointments. all can be accommodated with Acuity and with ease

Wish there was a shopify integration as all my payments are through there for my store

Acuity Scheduling makes my life easier. I’m not a big tech person and I was able to figure it out on my own and set it up. I love also that I can link my schedule directly to my Instagram account.

I wish I could block out my schedule in two hour intervals to maximize my day.

I have tried many different scheduling apps and acuity has been the one to fulfill my scheduling needs. It allows me to only open up slots when I available which is something I was strongly looking for. I would highly recommend!

I absolutely love being able to create intake forms specific to my service offerings! Helps to keep things streamlined.

all my cons are only because I am waiting to upgrade my account in November when I move into my new office space and not two different addresses for reminder emails.

I love the ability to record billing information. I also like the ability to block no show clients from booking online.

My branding information doesn't look as professional. I have tried to enter my logo but it looks cheep.

I have used this app to schedule beauty appointments. It is easy to access with clear text and buttons for my convenience.

It has asked for my time zone to begin booking my appointment, which threw me off at first.

I like that it seems like everything is in one place.

I couldn't figure out how to get it on my website and then when I did my free trial was up. I also didn't know how to attach it to my calendar.

I love the session count. I like that clients can view measurements. I like that I can create a workout for the client

Don't like I have to gift sessions if my client doesn't pay on the app, calendar is not easy to read from a glance on a monthly view, client can't see session count, scheduling takes a while to load, I have to go out of the app and back in to bring it up.

Service is great and value for features is excellent.

Easy to schedule workouts, easy to create workouts.
