I am solving the ability to do all my scheduling and automate that system from one hub which is incredibly convenient for me. I also love all the things you can integrate
I love that it gives me the ability to customize each different type of appointment down to the forms as well as the time blocks for each one

This is helping me to have a more efficient front desk, and at the same time, allow staff to access their schedules for viewing/editing, reducing the load on the front desk staff, and keeping all staff accountable.
This is the first HIPAA compliant scheduling software that I have used for my PT office, that allows patients and training clients to self-schedule in a manner that meets privacy requirements. Incorporation of SOAP notes is a great addition and something that I had frequently requested from other software developers with no luck. The interface is intuitive and elegant. Embedding into website is straightforward, and .
I would like the option to have multiple LABELS for each type of appointment, so that a patient/appointment can be reviewed under several labels, ie, Private payer, AND cash, AND gym member

I used this to schedule appointments as a client of a provider using this service and found it to be excellent. Now as a provider myself I have begun to use it and my clients are very pleased. It works smoothly on all devices and connections and is very simple and easy to use.
It has functioned for me as both client and provider without any glitches or bugs. I love the reminder function. I love how it is simple, elegant and easy to use.
I couldn’t migrate my data from my EHR program.

It gives me time management I set my time to work and they book there times and I’m ready 💅🏽💅🏽💅🏽
I honestly saw this by looking at another nail artist booking link. So I downloaded it and and start using it and I loved it it lets me be creative and it’s free but I keep seeing a link saying it’s one that cost where my clients can pay when they book so I will have to look into it.
The only thing I don’t like is I can’t change my them color to my online link so my clients can book.

Great experience and substantially less cost than a full time assistant!
I am out of the office constantly. Acuity allows me to schedule appointments without having to be in the office. And, it helps alleviate the back and forth via e-mail or voicemail.
Had difficulty connecting my Outlook Calendar with Acuity. Mainly on my end because my office account is set up using a different e-mail.

My calendar existed in my head and on paper. Using Acuity takes the guess-work out of my availability and saves me from countless emails back and forth figuring out availability.
I underestimated how much I had to know my own schedule before opening up Acuity for my clients. It means that before I shared my schedule with others, I had to be really clear on my own availability.

Prior to Acuity, I was going back and forth via email with clients and employees to schedule calls and interview. Once I discovered Acuity and setup my weekly availability, it has been incredibly easy to schedule meetings and I love that it makes my business look even more professional and organized! I love it!

Before using acuity I was experiencing cancellations with clients. To combat that, I was trying to send reminder emails manually each night to my clients. This was stressful and took away from my time with family and an opportunity to rest in the evenings. Acuity has solved these problems for me. With the automatic reminders, my clients are no longer missing appointments and I can enjoy my time off!

The software is more difficult to use on my phone than it is on my computer.

I am learning slowly but the support and customer service is quick to respond
Being someone who does not have a very good relationship with technology, this system was easy to catch on
I wish there was an easy way to keep my availability in sync with my calendar. Example, if I schedule something in my personal calendar that is linked with Acuity, it would automatically take that time out of my availability.

Acuity Scheduling makes my life easier. I’m not a big tech person and I was able to figure it out on my own and set it up. I love also that I can link my schedule directly to my Instagram account.
I wish I could block out my schedule in two hour intervals to maximize my day.

I have absolutely loved everything about Acuity! This was recommended to me as I began to expand my business into coaching and Acuity is a one stop shop to fulfill all my needs. This has been very helpful to me. I have to track client hours and it keeps everything recorded correctly.
I love the ability to record billing information. I also like the ability to block no show clients from booking online.
My branding information doesn't look as professional. I have tried to enter my logo but it looks cheep.

I love the session count. I like that clients can view measurements. I like that I can create a workout for the client
Don't like I have to gift sessions if my client doesn't pay on the app, calendar is not easy to read from a glance on a monthly view, client can't see session count, scheduling takes a while to load, I have to go out of the app and back in to bring it up.

none so far, would be good to avoid any pthub branding in emails once top package is purchased.

Makes planning and scheduling much easier for myself and clients love it.
Easy to schedule workouts, easy to create workouts.
Sometimes clients complain the app crashes during a workout.
