The good thing about this software is that you can control all your communication in one place, and you can connect almost every platform.
The interface is not intuitive at all, the software looks outdated, and there is no way to filter just your business-related communications. Also, if you use the software for a platform, you won't receive an in-app notification on your phone for that profile. And the server is down sometimes, not sure if that was just at the beginning.
Sorry, you had a bad experience with the service, we admit there were a few issues in the early days, however, I feel we have most of them sorted out.
I do agree that there is a design aesthetic that needs a refresh, and based on feedback, there are some elements that make the service a little hard to workaround.

I've been using to keep in touch with customers. Switched for some time into another software.
It's simple. Integrates lots of channels to communicate with clients.
One e-mail to use. Can not change agents. Interface needs improvement. Waiting for next steps their team will make.
