Agendize Online Scheduling

Agendize Online Scheduling enables customers to book appointments with your company 24/7. Confirmed bookings are automatically plotted to your synchronized calendar such as Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, giving you a clear view of your daily schedule and the services your customers expect from you. Automated email notifications and reminders limit the number of no-shows. If clients need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, the confirmation email they receive contains a link that will walk them through the process.

Agendize provides the necessary tools to customize the look and feel of your booking widget, define reminders and notifications, and specify business hours and staff availability. Because it readily integrates with email apps such as MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, and Constant Contact, every new customer is automatically added to your contact list.

Agendize CRM

Agendize comes with a built-in CRM software that automatically adds customers who book appointments via the Agendize Online Scheduling system to your client list. The Agendize CRM solution allows you to tag and target customers according to their behavior and purchase histories for future marketing campaigns, send them promotions through personalized email and SMS messaging, and organize your client list via the import/export functionality.

Your client database can be viewed from the Clients tab in your Agendize console. There, you will see a history of all their booked appointments, the different ways they can be contacted, and the emails sent to them by the platform. Agendize also integrates with third-party CRM solutions such as Salesforce, Zoho, and Capsule CRM.

Agendize Click-to-Call

A company that responds to queries in real time and immediately addresses client concerns is one that’s likely to generate a loyal customer following. Customer service is the new marketing, after all. With Agendize’s click-to-call feature, customers have the ability to initiate a conversation with your customer service team with just the touch of a button. Visitors can request for an instant callback as well, free of charge. Quality, uninterrupted landline and mobile coverage is available, with rates varying from one provider to the next.

The click-to-call button is highly customizable. You can configure it all you want so it’s easy for customers to locate. Audio messages and operating hours can be defined, and click-to-call conversations can be recorded free of charge for future use – for quality auditing, for example. Agendize stores recordings for one full month.

Agendize Call Tracking

Leads come to a business from a variety of channels. Agendize Call Tracking numbers allow businesses to track the origin of their leads. A Call Tracking number is a dummy phone number attached to your main company landline or mobile phone. Agendize generates one for each communication channel your business uses for advertising: flyers, landing pages, magazines, and more. This gives your company the opportunity to track which advertising campaigns drive the most leads and phone calls.

Agendize Live Chat

Customers want their questions or issues taken care of right away, and a live chat feature is one way to ensure just that. Agendize Live Chat enables you to chat with site visitors in real time, resulting in better service, better conversions, more satisfied customers, and more sales.

Live chat invitations and sound alerts can be customized, and chat responses can be preconfigured. File exchange is allowed between your chat support representative and the customer, and a transcript of their conversation can be downloaded. Agendize Live Chat keeps track of data, such as the city and location of your site visitor, including his/her chat history with your company.

Agendize Form Builder

Agendize Form Builder simplifies data collection through contact forms and online surveys. This feature allows you to capture essential data such as contact information, quotation requests, and feedback. Web forms can be built from scratch or through pre-designed templates that can be customized to suit your unique needs. Customers can also save unfinished surveys or forms they intend to complete at a later time.

Notifications are automatically pushed to your email address whenever a contact form or online survey is completed and submitted.

It is wonderful to be able to customize our scheduling system to our companies branding too. You can customize tons of different features on agendize.

Great appointment booking software!!

I researched a ton of different appointment booking software that synced with Salesforce (the companies CRM) and Agendize was the best by far.
