Pros

Most companies will try to lock you into a one year commitment, but it is perfectly reasonable to know everything works together in harmony. Question 3: Is this the right price for me.
Agile provides a reliable database for all things from quality findings to ECO change implementations. Customized reports are a nice feature and searching is made easy.
It has a good & clear interface and user friendly. It has a very widespread marketing automation solution that allows you to mind map your workflow.

Pros

This allows me to know who to follow up with and in which way. I also love the saved templates as they save me a ton of time and help me to send quality replies in a matter of seconds.
The excitement of using a great product like Docsify fades quickly when faced with the seemingly never-ending issues with their software.
Integrate really good with gmail (not annyoing extension like mailtrack.io). Really good notification.

Cons

I cancelled it in December of 2019. They charged me for it in January of 2020, so I called them and cancelled again.
Some services hard to navigate, trying to work out the Auto part was a bit tricky. Also the additional cost to loose agile from my emails was a bit annoying.
In January of 2021, they charged me again for my annual subscription. I called them back and the guy tells me at first that there are no refunds.

Cons

None too specific to mention about but the frequent notifications are a bit annoying.
Often already beeing sent emails stay in the drafts-folder. It's no bigger problem because you can delete them in this case right away, but it seems to be a little bug.
Actually, there is nothing that I dont like about this software. The training tutorials could be easier to navigate and there could be a few more video tutorials but overall no big problem.
