Just finished imported our Data from Zoho and all looks good.

Pros

Time to set up, User-friendly, Zapier integration, Modules (sales, marketing and help desk), Price, Email marketing, Web activity tracker, Web forms and landing pages builder, Filters and Tags for creating lists.

Cons

Help Desk database still being populated so you have to contact the Agile care team more often, but improving.

By the way, there is a lack of integration between our products database (in the CMS) and Agile CRM : importing contacts and deals is easy, but surprisingly we are unable to import products.

Pros

- Many plugins available - Suport team easy to reach and comprehensive - Managing Marketing Campaigns with many templates and triggers - Sales funnel is natively designed using deals in Agile : allows you to track and forecast sales in a few clicks

- Product Management to quote, complete deals or design reports must be improved

It has decent number of features apart from standard CRM features like web rules, hello bar, exit intent popups etc.

Cons

The tracking code for this CRM increases the load time of website hence it affects your organic rankings.

What a great and user friendly CRM

Try it out - it won't disappoint

This system is incredibly flexible - while holding a lot of the crucial features (contact info, deal tracking, sales reports) it also offers a few customizable features that have not been seen elsewhere (landing page hosting, GoDaddy integration, full G-Suite integration).

Pros

Great for current Google Suite users, great for small teams, customizable landing pages, integration with most major URL hosting services (GoDaddy etc) and a very sleek app with support for Android and iPhone/iPad.

Cons

"Powered by Agile" appears on emails sent from system, constant reminders to upgrade your plan along the top of the system, lack of ability to hide unneeded tabs/pages.

Pros

Excellent e-mail automation with ability to segment users based on their behavior (open rate, link clicks, website actions), very precise segmentation with the use of unlimited tags, options for push notifications and web events as triggers, very easy to use e-mail templates and also highly customizable with support of custom code and custom fields. Really useful history of every user's interactions and contacts in a nice timeline format.

Cons

for the time being there is nothing serious, which can affect my usage of the platform, only minor issues which are easy to overcome.

All works like clockwork and links with all the apps/social media. Campaigns are done with triggers by drag and drop (I havent been able to work out how to do campaigns on other CRMs).

Pros

- Drag and drop features for newsletters, email templates and landing pages - Simple and quick entry for searching, tagging, sorting, updating - Reporting features - Social media and app integration - easily done - Campaigns and triggers - set up in no time - Customer support - no need to use forums, they contact you direct

Cons

Havent found anything Perhaps to be able to use Thrive with it Recommended to Agile by marketing expert and havent looked back since. Try it - it's really simple to use no matter if you are a beginner (like myself) or more technical

AgileCRM has all the features you would find in the top of the line customer relationship management tools including support for third party apps integration, API, campaign manager and a ready-made templates for emails.

Cons

The support is very bad and have had a lot of terrible experiences when things didn't go well. Another issue is the workflow, which isn't very intuitive and smooth.

AgileCRM keeps on improving, and the "typical sales CRM" side of it seems pretty solid and reasonably user friendly, but I have wasted SO MUCH TIME on the marketing and email automation side of it.

Pros

Decent reporting and functionality around standard sales CRM stuff.

Cons

Clunky and difficult experience around marketing automation. Tendency to have features that are only half-baked, although they do improve over time.

Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM

I'd go with MailChimp for any email campaign needs you have. If it can't be done with MailChimp (e.g. mass mailing folks who didn't actually subscribe to your mailing list) then perhaps you shouldn't be doing it. As a sales CRM, Agile CRM is not a bad choice, but I don't think it's the most user friendly either. It doesn't seem focused around any particular way of doing sales. Currently I'm looking at Streak as a way of bringing our CRM into our Gmail inbox, but it's not necessarily the appropriate tool for everyone.

AgileCrm is definitely feature rich and has every other feature you'd expect from a CRM suite. It has a full fledged campaign manager with email content editor which has a drag and drop layout.

Cons

The integration between third party tools is always a pain and creates issues every now and then.

Agile CRM has the potential to be a very good program. However, it's email sync is very sketchy.

It is an inexpensive CRM for basic organization but the email marketing platform does not work if you have a database of several thousand that you are sending to several times per month.

What I like most about Agile CRM is that it is an inexpensive solution that integrates CRM and Email Marketing platform .

It also has nice integration with Microsoft Office 365 (bot mail and calendar).
