contact management and customer care
By the way, there is a lack of integration between our products database (in the CMS) and Agile CRM : importing contacts and deals is easy, but surprisingly we are unable to import products.
Pros
- Many plugins available - Suport team easy to reach and comprehensive - Managing Marketing Campaigns with many templates and triggers - Sales funnel is natively designed using deals in Agile : allows you to track and forecast sales in a few clicks
Cons
- Product Management to quote, complete deals or design reports must be improved

All works like clockwork and links with all the apps/social media. Campaigns are done with triggers by drag and drop (I havent been able to work out how to do campaigns on other CRMs).
Pros
- Drag and drop features for newsletters, email templates and landing pages - Simple and quick entry for searching, tagging, sorting, updating - Reporting features - Social media and app integration - easily done - Campaigns and triggers - set up in no time - Customer support - no need to use forums, they contact you direct
Cons
Havent found anything Perhaps to be able to use Thrive with it Recommended to Agile by marketing expert and havent looked back since. Try it - it's really simple to use no matter if you are a beginner (like myself) or more technical

The support is very bad and have had a lot of terrible experiences when things didn't go well. Another issue is the workflow, which isn't very intuitive and smooth.

Pros
Excellent e-mail automation with ability to segment users based on their behavior (open rate, link clicks, website actions), very precise segmentation with the use of unlimited tags, options for push notifications and web events as triggers, very easy to use e-mail templates and also highly customizable with support of custom code and custom fields. Really useful history of every user's interactions and contacts in a nice timeline format.
Cons
for the time being there is nothing serious, which can affect my usage of the platform, only minor issues which are easy to overcome.

This system is incredibly flexible - while holding a lot of the crucial features (contact info, deal tracking, sales reports) it also offers a few customizable features that have not been seen elsewhere (landing page hosting, GoDaddy integration, full G-Suite integration).
Pros
Great for current Google Suite users, great for small teams, customizable landing pages, integration with most major URL hosting services (GoDaddy etc) and a very sleek app with support for Android and iPhone/iPad.
Cons
"Powered by Agile" appears on emails sent from system, constant reminders to upgrade your plan along the top of the system, lack of ability to hide unneeded tabs/pages.

Have at least one person on your team who is comfortable with database set-up. While this program is easy to use, it does require a bit of basic know-how. HTML coding would be an asset for certain aspects of the system.
Pros
Easy to use and fully featured. Also it has some cool features like email tracking, clicks tracking and lead generation.
Cons
The reporting feature in buggy can't rely on it. Importing contacts (to which you would like to add triggers) takes too long.

If you like the price then the system does the job. But its not as comprehensive or user friendly as sales force or Nutshell.
Pros
- simple - no extra bells and whistles - ability to customize fields, reporting and admin settings -
Cons
- support takes a while to get back to you, they also don't speak English very well - support was unable to import my contact base, they also did not follow up after the support chat I had - don't seem to care for their customers as they should - if you don't pay the full price for the basic plan you have limited functionality - knowledgebase and many support options not available if on free version

It is entirely likely that I started using Agile CRM too early in their release. The navigation and discoverability was difficult to comprehend and I felt like I was clicking all over the place to do what I needed to do. They went out of the gate with too many features and I immediately felt overwhelmed. I would have liked to start basic and add on as needed.
Pros
- Marketing funnels were highly customizable - CRM and Inbound marketing worked well together - Customer support was quick to respond
Cons
- Time consuming to setup a funnel - Difficult to test if a funnel worked before going live - Integration with Shopify was not robust

Pros
Managing Contacts and Deals is quite easy. Emails reports, along with other reports, is wonderful.
Cons
There is a clear disconnect between the Deals and the Contacts. Updating a Deal doesn't affect the related contact unless there is an automation in place for the same.

AgileCRM keeps on improving, and the "typical sales CRM" side of it seems pretty solid and reasonably user friendly, but I have wasted SO MUCH TIME on the marketing and email automation side of it.
Pros
Decent reporting and functionality around standard sales CRM stuff.
Cons
Tendency to have features that are only half-baked, although they do improve over time.

I'd go with MailChimp for any email campaign needs you have. If it can't be done with MailChimp (e.g. mass mailing folks who didn't actually subscribe to your mailing list) then perhaps you shouldn't be doing it. As a sales CRM, Agile CRM is not a bad choice, but I don't think it's the most user friendly either. It doesn't seem focused around any particular way of doing sales. Currently I'm looking at Streak as a way of bringing our CRM into our Gmail inbox, but it's not necessarily the appropriate tool for everyone.
It is a software for small businesses in its free version, but it is an excellent application that allows you to manage your sales in a great way
Pros
Agile CRM is a great sales software, it includes many things like marketing and services in one place, it also has sales tracking, automation, contact management, web analysis and many other things, and besides that, an excellent interface and very clean
Cons
The free version is very limited and you will have to pay for better reports and features, like everything

Hi Rahul,
Thanks for reviewing our product. As we have designed a free plan for a very small startups, you would not be able to explore the real power of Agile CRM. I see that ICICI is a big company and would recommend using our Enterprise plan to exceed you expectations. There are many many automations and tasks available for a assets management company like your's. I would strongly recommend you to use a paid version and get free on-boarding as well to understand the product completely.
Do let us know if you want to explore the product further, we can show a live demo.
We've managed go up our lead gen activities significantly, keep track of leads, see a dashboard with key onfo
Pros
The software is easy to use, the training they provide is fabulous and the customer support is great.
Cons
But when you try to upgrade to more users or more contacts, the costs jump up.
