Pros

As our festival has grown, and our needs have changed, it has evolved with us. We are very happy with the product and especially the customer service which is excellent.
I'm a very visual or active learner so I need someone there to help me through the steps to really absorb the process, which the team is really good about doing.
The team is friendly, quick to respond and they are there to answer any questions you might have big or small. I would recommend Agile again and again.

Pros

Super easy to use, powerful features, ability to invite guests for FREE, Great technical support, lots of video tutorials available.
ClickUp has some truly inspired design and feels lighter and more fun to use than many other management tools. It's easy to learn and new, useful features are consistently rolled out.
Great experience with the product initially I was a bit hesitant to use and recommend it because I did not know about the product at all but once I started using it I fell in love with it.

Cons

Not overtly intuitive so it takes some time to acclimate. Interface is a little on the dull side.
Agile has served us well for several years, but it lacked donor management tools and extensive database and reporting, so we made a move to another product. However, I miss its customer service.
Reporting: There are several options to choose from, but with all the different kinds of events it is sometimes hard to find just the right report to meets our needs.

Cons

Too complex for an individual's needs, sometimes illogical, and a terrible android app is the icing on the cake.
After a few months I still get confused about the sapce/folder/list/task hierarchy and use the wrong terms when describing my "location" in the software.
Sometimes had an error when trying to make a new list and could not find any documentation about the error online.

Pros

I liked the most the fact that I can manage my progress however I wanted. I easily switched from Scrum to Kanban.

Cons

It was a bit difficult for me in the beginning to use this software for Agile methodology.

Pros

ClickUp was super customizable, and would work for all sorts of teams.

Cons

While it was very customizable, it was in it's own way. I seemed to do everything mediocrle instead of 1 thing excilently. For instance, we run an agile scrum development shop, and it would not work for our agile development because it doesn't support scheduled sprints.

Pros

ClickUp is by far the best framework I've found for agile working.

Cons

It's slightly difficult to add custom fields and their pricing tiers stop you from adding enough to make the custom field feature useful on lower tiers.

Great for agile management methods, great hierarchy structure except for goals and targets

Cons

Scrum could be better implemented. Goals and targets are not that user friendly for scrum users.

We really enjoyed migrating to ClickUp. It's been a great place to collaborate and build projects across all departments and I would highly recommend trying out the trial.

Pros

- Free trial was great and lasted a while. Once we needed to upgrade, the price was competitive and affordable. - UX is clean and easy to navigate - Interesting new solutions to existing problems like time-tracking and sprint planning.

Cons

A bit light on the integration side. Could use some to popular ticketing systems. Some features are missing from standard project management tools.

ClickUp saves me hours each day in my project management and was a breeze to master after using other tools.

Pros

ClickUp is a simple management tool that offers familiar views and easy enough for the beginner and powerful enough for the serious user.

Cons

I have yet to find anything not to like about this software. It makes Jira, Trello, Wrike and other Agile Management tools look like a joke!

Pros

Excellent, super user friendly UI. Rich functionality and feature set, yet not overwhelming at all.

Cons

1. I'd like to have ability to switch between multiple logins/identities, as I've started to use it for multiple projects/several teams. 2. Customer service ticketing/process feature is underdeveloped - would like to see it mature more (comparing it to Jira )

After a lot of testing finally arrived at my daily favorite tool

I have tested many tools so far and I am very satisfied with the features. Of course there are still some essential features missing, but it's nice and confident that the team is working on it. Compared to other teams, ClickUp has created a great product.

Pros

- Top synchronization between different views (calendar, kanban, lists) - Clean and attractive surface - Open communication with ClickUp_team possible (they are super agile and motivated)

Cons

- Unfortunately no MindMap view/connection yet (but in progress: https://feedback.clickup.com/20/p/mind-mapping). - Android and iPad app much worse than the browser function. - No daily repetitive tasks possible (but in progress: https://feedback.clickup.com/feature-requests/p/all-instances-of-recurring-tasks-visible-in-calendar)

New & Evolving Agile Project Managing Cloud App

I'm using a small in-house hardware configuration project to record steps needed for future replication as an example project in the absence of the bug tracking integration/features it requires to use it for anything involving end user feedback.

Pros

The agile board and the ability to create a template of a project, task list or task. There's a lot of customisation possible throughout.

Cons

There are many integrations with other third party apps but the area that feels lacking at present is integrating with bug tracking solutions. Even if you're managing a software project that uses a git cloud service there's no git issue integration.

the software was not liked by most of the team. It had bugs and the performance has always been quite poor.

Agile project tool perfection

Pros

This tool UI and functionalities are just perfect to manage complex agile projects. Really easy to use and to create manage your sprints. It really saves you a lot of time.

Cons

Sometimes having too many functionalities makes some users to make mistakes. Reporting module need improvement.

Clickups lived up to the promise when Jira couldn't

We use clickups to manage a range of projects across different areas. Software development, bug fixing, SEO and SEO and of course content management on behalf of the clients.

Pros

Switching from Jira to Clickups was very easy. We were already working in agile manner and the team was across workflows. Clickups just provided a faster easier mechanism to achieve better results.

Cons

At first it looked like there were way too many options and configurations to Clickups, but after jumping in the ease of use made the complexity disappear.

Clarity Map of Daily Chaos

I was looking for an easy to learn, user-friendly, low budget solution to manage my work. My uses JIRA and Agile to manage large-scale tasks and projects, I needed something simpler than that.

Pros

Its agile approach to personalize my daily work. CU is my secret weapon to staying on top of my work. I also love how easy it is to get started, doesn't have to be overly complicated.

Cons

Some tasks may require an extra click to get my job done. For instance, when I am in Time (calendar view), I want to be able to change the status of my task without opening the actual task.

The Greatest from the market

It's a daily basis to, every day I drink my breakfast coffee browsing through my notifications and kanban, it kind becomes part of my morning routine and that's great.

Pros

It is a very complete tool, it can be adapted to any kind of workflow in any kind of workplace. It is a powerful tool for POs and Agile, and honestly the best in the market.

Cons

It is so big and complete, that is overwhelming. Each time someone enters the team it is a huge time teaching where to go and how to use it, and another problem is that I feel even using the software for more than 6 months and only scratched the surface of what it could do. Both problems I believe could be resolved to implement a more intuitive and friendly UI.

The most efficient tool for Agile Project Management

ClickUp is come with a free version, that made me to use it. After using the free version, our team decided to purchase and now we are using ClickUp to manage, track our agile projects. Clickup is the only solution to our brd, functional or non functional documentation.

Pros

The one thing that I like most about the clickup is the ability to manage and track multiple projects at a time and no prior training is needed to begin with this tool. Our team can now function more agile and collaborate easily.

Cons

I did not find any issues working with this tool, only have a recommendation to promote the tool more.

Pros

My team used Clickup as a project management tool for instructional designers creating new online courses. The interface and collaboration tools were incredibly intuitive and relatively powerful. It provided an excellent structure to track complex projects, and for bringing in teams of people to work on such projects. Support has been incredibly responsive and eager to implement our suggestions.

Cons

Clickup is still in early development as I write this, so a number of features that would take this product to the next level are currently missing, such as integration with a scrum/Agile model. New tools seem to be coming, but at the moment the product is still in very early stages.

Overall, it's a great product with little needed changes.

Pros

- It has a great feature set, but just enough, so it's not bloated and confusing to navigate - Amazing user interface and super intuitive overall product experience - The product team takes user feedback really well and updates are deployed in an agile manner; they practice what they preach I guess!

Cons

this is really hard to think of, it's a really great product, but a couple of things I would like included or changed, not exactly cons though: - A robust Gantt chart with search enabled - Notifications come in a bit too frequently. perhaps they enable users to select notification priorities to enable, so it doesn't get too crowded in the notification tab as it often does, this is for the mobile version.

The whole product is marketing fluff masquerading as software. It is a basket of bait and switch feature teasers. It is absolutely brimming with bugs. It is slow to load, data is not saved/lost on a daily basis, data is corrupted when two or more users collaborate, features stop working, appear and disappear as devs shove out updates to one feature that introduce bugs into other features.It is absolutely not enterprise ready, and likely never will be. Basic usability features have been broken for years without resolution, as new features are introduced weekly.

Pros

Clickup promises to be a one stop productivity shop. Pricing is fair (though it is going up rapidly). Support is great.

Cons

Clickup 's core operational principle is to regularly shove out poorly designed, poorly executed, half-baked features, and then use the cries of frustrated users to determine which of those features to actually devote resources to and finish up and make stable and usable. It is the most perverse corruption of agile development principles I have ever seen.
