Pros

It seems like a solid system which would be durable and good through wear and tear. Can have multiple units in one restaurant as well.
The layout is nice and easy to read and find what you are looking for. I mostly liked the ability to pull up the reporting on my phone via the app.
Ease of use, staff friendly, back office ok, once set up. Reporting is easy & efficient.

Pros

I liked most that it was easy to integrate SmartAssistant's advisors on our website thanks to the great support of their customer success team.
Smart Assistant makes it super easy to narrow down options by asking 3 simple questions to our customers. Plus, they have amazing customer service.
I was very pleased with my experience with the account manager, who dedicated a good portion of her time making sure the app was what we needed.

Cons

Terrible customer service. If you have multiple locations it's a terrible idea to have this.
Set up is brutal, cost is high, customer service was non existent. System did crash more than once.
Lack of ability to speak with service managers. We are operating a business and struggle to maintain standards when fighting with the computor.

Cons

The just shut down our service. All our investment in time was lost.
And then half of what you worried about was already done. The other half was done after one of the regular meetings.
We have a product bundle which is somewhat confusing to our less tech-savvy customers.
