Pros

The organization could be nice if it was more user friendly and much more reliable.
Transwide is very easy to use and they provide outstanding customer service.
VERY EASY TO USE AND USER FRIENDLY. I LOVE THE PRODUCT, AND WISH I COULD USE IT MORE.

Pros

I like the consistency of the software the best. My account is always accessible and it's easy to schedule appointments in a few seconds for both me and my son.
The interface is clean and easy to understand and there are additional features that have potential to be very useful (like examples of hair styles, definitions, info on stylists, etc).
M not a huge fan of phone convos, so being able to set up a haircut appointment online in a few minutes has been greatly appreciated.

Cons

The notifications are sometimes delayed, on when they are going to have outages.
Every day there are Error messages meaning a problem with someone's call-off, I receive all errors (Roquette sites all over the world). Would be great if we could see only U.S. call-off errors.
Another downside to Transwide is that the TW slot facilities are not uniform in terms of what information is required when setting up an appointment.

Cons

As a customer, I have no experiences that were negative in the slightest with this software.
Selecting the time for my appointment after selecting a date was sometimes slightly confusing.
The user interface is a bit dated and can make it confusing at first.
