Pros

Good idea, design is good and easy to use for the most part. As long as you are only using one Ipad it works well most of the time.
This is actually a big negative if you are wanting to run a customer loyalty program. Ambur is great with your wifi.
Any business always wants to find ways to save money and time. This is the best solution for me and I'm sure many users feel the same way.

Pros

It's positive, I've worked with most big POS services in the past and this system is perfect for a smaller place like ours. No extra features that would pay for/otherwise not use.
I usually change my settings and prices at home with my phone. The fact it's an app on a tablet is also super nice.
Excellent customer service. Great technical support when needed.

Cons

It was not easy to use on the front end and the reporting functionality is terrible. The training was the worst I've ever seen.
Then Ambur blamed us for re-starting the frozen App. Then wasted more time handling chargebacks.
This is a mom and pop platform. Support is worse than that.

Cons

Unfortunately, the app has problem connecting with my wifi (sometimes it might be connections problem) but it seems I'm not the only one having those issues.
Had some bugs in the beginning (not that many) but that were really inconvenient for the work flow. Those problems took many months to get fixed.
As someone who is an owner, working in the restaurant, I have very little time to sit down and trouble shoot new software.
