Pros

Good idea, design is good and easy to use for the most part. As long as you are only using one Ipad it works well most of the time.
This is actually a big negative if you are wanting to run a customer loyalty program. Ambur is great with your wifi.
Any business always wants to find ways to save money and time. This is the best solution for me and I'm sure many users feel the same way.

Pros

The On-boarding Program for Training was Great and the Access to Resources Fantastic. The Implementation Manager and other Points of Contact were all great to deal with.
The Overall Experience has been great very easy to transition.
It is loaded with lots of functions with a friendly GUI and Retail Express provides great customer support.

Cons

It was not easy to use on the front end and the reporting functionality is terrible. The training was the worst I've ever seen.
Then Ambur blamed us for re-starting the frozen App. Then wasted more time handling chargebacks.
This is a mom and pop platform. Support is worse than that.

Cons

Xero integration is manual and terrible. Customer accounts turn to chaos, cannot give 7 or 14 day terms.
Sales Staff Promised the World, Product Failed Miserably.
Reporting on account customer is awful. Entering Purchase order when not complete turned our accounting software into turmoil.
