Pros

Pros

Gabriella providing amazing service answering questions, sharing resources and being patient. I am so excited for our organization to benefit from the support and strength NEON will provide.
The look and feel is great, is easy to use and navigate and the insights you can get are good. Is a different and good option to keep track of things.
M impressed with this app because it is people-focusing like donating or fundraising app. This is one of the user-friendly that I highly recommended.

Cons

As of now, I do not have any cons or problem with this software. It serves all the requirements that we needed.
M still very confused about how to do email campaigns with a segmentation of our contacts.
When utilizing the "events", there is no way to do it in any quick fashion.
