Pros

We found resources from Drishti very supportive and flexible. Issues reported from our end are resolved in very supportive manner.
The Ameyo software is stable, user friendly and efficient system.
Need better resolution rate(SLA). Lacks updating its clients about new features and pricing.

Pros

Good experience, good value, easy team to work with and solid platform.
The consistency of call quality, and ability to quickly hold, transfer, or mute the call are superior to our previous software.
The interface is very user friendly and easy to learn. Great feed of recorded calls and texts to see communication history with contacts.

Cons

Horrific and I would request anyone who is reading this review to get in touch with me to understand what we are going through.
We have asked extra requirements, which were delivered on time as required. No system failure since installation date (year 2013).
Sometimes when you receive a call, the given profile of the customer doesn't appear on your screen and it tends to lag when there's a queuing of calls.

Cons

Occasionally, I'll miss a call without a notification, and sometimes have slow response when making outbound calls.
The only thing I don't like about dialpad is that it is very difficult to transcript the voice messages that the customers left if the voice mail (to say something wrong).
Sometimes, calls get missed, even when i am there receiving them, but it could def be a connection issue.
