Pros

We found resources from Drishti very supportive and flexible. Issues reported from our end are resolved in very supportive manner.
The Ameyo software is stable, user friendly and efficient system.
Need better resolution rate(SLA). Lacks updating its clients about new features and pricing.

Pros

It had great call tracking, out of all the phone systems I have used they have the best admin benefits to QA calls.
Genesys is a great company that cares about the opinions of their customers.
Genesys PureCloud offers some great ways to streamline and modernize your Call Center and its performance.

Cons

Horrific and I would request anyone who is reading this review to get in touch with me to understand what we are going through.
We have asked extra requirements, which were delivered on time as required. No system failure since installation date (year 2013).
Sometimes when you receive a call, the given profile of the customer doesn't appear on your screen and it tends to lag when there's a queuing of calls.

Cons

Prone to outages and glitches, though admittedly some of these could be due to network errors within the company.
The license model for the agents is quite confusing and the license model for the genesis product is expensive and at time hard to understand.
Customer service is not good in my experience, their responses were always delayed. They had several site outages that impacted production.
