Pros

AmoCRM is the best service , among many others, in which we tried to work and are tested. Very nice interface , simple and intuitive , not overloaded with details in it like working sales staff.
I work in a highly profitable IT business, so for us every customer can make a good profit, and so you can not lose them. But such cases were before we started using amoCRM.
Of the benefits I can note good functionality. One of my favorite features was the Digital Pipeline, with which we could automate the sales funnel, advertising, and mailing.

Pros

We trialled Harmony and a competitor after doing lots of research into products that would best suit our needs. We chose Harmony as it felt like the best fit for our needs and ticked a lot of boxes.
It is a pleasure to work with the team at Harmony who provide excellent support and are always open to discuss additional features so the product is getting better every day.
Harmony is a fully featured, and incredibly well supported PSA software. Our platform team had spent countless hours investigating the best possible solution for our unique requirements.

Cons

Thirdly, the technical support service does not work well, employees are in no hurry to solve problems, but redirect them to each other, which takes a lot of time and effort.
There are flaws that are associated with lack of integration and low speed. In the standard version there is no normal environment for working with mail, an insufficient level of technical support.
Engineers ought to refine the interface, make it progressively others conscious: expel pointless apparatuses from the principle menu, disentangle joining records to cards.

Cons

The combination of Salesforce and ServiceMax was such a bad fit for us. Many of our processes had to be done outside of the system and we were losing valuable information.
We have come across a couple of small bugs but the team at Datalogic are so quick to respond that problems are sorted out straight away with little or no impact.
