The system allows you to simply maintain a database of contacts and accounting transactions (in reference to contacts). Contacts and transactions can be tagged. Based on the amount and status of transactions, a sales funnel is formed. There is an API. Possibility to add fields to transaction cards. Integration with MailChimp.
The interface of the system is not as simple as it seems at first glance, the cost of the package is quite high. But if you deal with CRM, you will certainly appreciate its functionality.

This is a good company. They are new enough to not be tied to old technology, but old enough to know what they are doing. Their live chat support has been excellent for us as well.
This is the only CRM we found that integrated with Social Media messaging, which is the preferred communication medium for many of our customers. We used to have our team using Facebook messenger within our FB Business Manager page directly, but now we can have these Messenger interactions INSIDE our CRM and then bridge those conversations into texts and phone calls. The software is intuitive and its user interface is excellent. There are many Automotive-specific CRM tools out there, but they are all old and clunky compared to amoCRM.
The integration with FB is treated as a "bot" on the FB side, even though we have real humans in our call center replying to customers via amoCRM. This means that a stricter set of rules is applied to our conversations from FB, and we've had the link shut down a couple times. It's still a great integration to have--especially considering that no other CRMs can do this. Also, the integration with Twilio is quite limited when it comes to outbound and inbound calls. I love the automatic call recording features, but we are not able to assign agent-specific numbers that customers can call back. It would be wonderful if we could have a mini-IVR inside amoCRM so that when customers call us back the routing could be more efficient. The smartphone app could be better too.

Price is reasonable for all feature in get and customer service is exceptional.
They have integrations with the major social networks like Instagram, Facebook, Gmail and the most important Whatsapp via Twilio, which allow you to integrate in a legal way. They also have a live chat with chatbot that works fine. Of course they are not a chat company, so it's simples, but it works fine to most activities.
The filter features are limited and sometimes things like select a empty field, depending on field type, it's impossible.

We use this CRM with a big project and we have flow around 150 leads per day. It's good CRM for mid-size companies, because of it's functions and price.
- Huge variety of integrations with different analytics services and call-tracking services - You can import leads not only via API, but also you have ready scripts for websites, or import lead via integrations - Create your own widgets. For example we use widget that stores different useful links for our managers - Get analytics of your sales in total and get information per manager - Attach tasks to your leads, so manager won't miss when he should contact client - You can integrate your PBX system into amoCRM, so you can do calls directly from CRM
- Lack of customization in reports, especially when you have several projects in one account - It's expensive for small projects

Our company has been using the system for automation of sales , because it is very convenient. With amoCRM no client is lost, and sales funnel helps lead them systematically, according to the business processes. Also, it was pretty easy to track problematic stages of the transaction, and work on them. Another clear advantage , I believe ,is intuitive and succinct basic functionality.
Any manager can quickly enough understand it. And with multi-function API we were able to fully automate the entire sales team, we have moved away from the human factor and the system is now much solves itself without distracting from the work of managers. Another very convenient that the technical support system is open every day around the clock , and advise us on by telephone or by mail. I believe that for such features like amoCRM, its price is very democratic - we have it paid off for one successful deal! That it is another definite plus !
amoCRM only suitable for sales force automation, it is not suitable for automation projects and production.

I could see in amoCRM the ease and simplicity in working process. This CRM system will be the most efficient for the sales dept, because it has some special functions: scheduler , integration with telephony, integration mail to the site. If you would like to personalize your system just use API integration - it is the most simple method. I can manage my sales from all over the world by using mobile app. It is user-friendly and convenient. One of important factors to choose amoCRM for increasing number of your leads and amplification your sales managers is its attractive price. If you have lack of functionality, you can use widgets, located in the settings menu. I prefer amoCRM to all other CRM systems for small and medium segments of business.
Great API for customization and integration, simple integration with telephony, sites, emails, simple integration with other saas services and social networks.
Small amount functions for customization in graphical interface. Not god for difficult and long in time (several months and more) sales

This is the best contact manager I have ever used. Super affordable... almost too good to be true! As a business developer I now recommend AMOCRM to all my clients.
Price is phenomenal, super easy to use, up and using within minutes of purchase, ... this is a CRM that makes our company money!
Tech support could have better knowledge about the use of the features in real life, how it applies to working day to day... but what they don't know, they have found out for me. They don't respond to messages very well, I have to keep calling back.

Simple to use and affordable. Not complicated to use at all.
In reviewing other CRM tools, this basic level was easy to use. I just wanted a CRM. I didn't need social media integration or automation. The chat feature for support is working very well. They get back to me with easy to understand answers and tell me where to find additional information on their site.
It will pick up and entire string of emails when creating a lead from an email.

We installed this system in our campaign, buying into a wide range of functionalities. And they were very pleased with the result, until an extremely unpleasant incident occurred. An account was hacked and all data was stolen. But it was not this that killed, but the attitude of technical support, which responded to our appeal, that we are to blame and offered to write a complaint and wait for a month.
Security at a low level, hackers can easily access your information. Technical support, instead of help, will make the last of you, your money and information you will not see.

I am business consulter, and already I've implemented amoCRM in more than 5 company's. usually the hugest problem of the CEM systems, its implementation, because employees (users) not using new system because of its UX. In this case, everybody very fast starting using the amoCRM, and the system is going to be life. Also one of the benefits, its a lot various integrations with third party systems, like IP telephony and email marketing services. Thanx a lot developer team, I am your ambassador :)

Best thing I like about amoCRM is the search and filtering options. It has so many different parameters, that it can suit any pedantic user. Pipeline view is very easy to setup and user-friendly, with drag-and-drop option. Contact and Calendar sections are super informative and also very easy to use and adjust to suit your needs. Statistic and call reporting options are fantastic and surely will please any business owner or director that really likes to be in touch with sales activities of the business. Settings allow you to even further customize and build your own amoCRM with numerous tools and integrated web platforms. Price is pretty good also, there are few options to choose from. From down sides it is only lack of integration with Google. Great product otherwise.

Year ago i as a sales director, decided to try CRM system in my dept. We tried a lot of CRM, but one that we have chosen met all our needs and expectations of the system. It is amoCRM. Firstly, it doesn require especial skills from sales manager. Is is quite simple but very useful. Secondly, i should consider that all functions in amoCRM are thought out to the smallest details. It allows not to think for the developers just to enjoy the system. Thirdly this CRM system has little price tag. Its brilliant for small businesses with small amount of employees. I recommend to try amoCRM in your sales.

In general, CRM is not bad, it helps to increase the efficiency of the work of managers, a simple and intuitive interface does not cause problems with mastering. A good reminder system and customer accounting analyzer that allows you to see the entire history of transactions.
There are flaws that are associated with lack of integration and low speed. In the standard version there is no normal environment for working with mail, an insufficient level of technical support.

It is easy to use and affordable and packed with detailed pipelines and surprising features such as the built-in VoIP which enables you to dial directly from the contact’s entry; it records all phone calls so you can playback or monitor the team’s calls. The dashboard is uncluttered and if you are patient enough to learn how to do it, you can customize the dashboard widgets. The UI brings in the familiarity of social networks with adds to the ease in navigation. The built-in team messaging is ace in adding that collaborative touch. I quite like the single screen view of a customer’s stage in the buying cycle and how they move through the sales process.
It doesn’t bother me, but one thing would be that as the business grows you gotta check whether AmoCRM will scale with the business growth.

amoCRM is a simple and convenient system, thanks to which it is very easy to keep a record of customers and transactions. The main advantage of this system is the convenient and simple functionality of relatively more expensive counterparts.
If there is any failure on your system or you need to change something, you will not have to count on technical support - it works very slowly, and the answers are given in templates.

The main advantage of amoCRM is the ease and simplicity of implementation of business processes. The intuitive interface made it possible for employees to quickly adapt to the system. It has everything needed for effective sales force : scheduler , integration with telephony , mail to the site and much more. Detailed analytics and sales funnel opened my eyes towards hidden problems in the system of sales within the company. Additional functionality is provided by a variety of built-in integrations with popular web services. Further development of the system through the API provides tremendous opportunities for personalizing the system.
The undoubted advantage is the mobility of the system , which allows me to lead and coordinate the work of companies from all over the world. An equally important factor in the choice in favor of amoCRM is its price .

It is very user-friendly, it serves the purpose of establishing a basic database of contacts. It also integrates with Google.

Very good for small businesses. Very easy to use and it is not as expensive as some of the other CRMs out there.
It is not that great for anything other than keeping organized and sending out emails. Larger companies will want to use another.

I've been using amoCRM for almost a month now. I like that it is very easy to use and intuitive, features drag and drop approach in their user interface, provides great capabilities for collaboration between teams, and is relevantly affordable. The integration with third parties, such as Dropbox and Mailchimp, works seamlessly and as expected. I do not really like the limits on leads subject to number of licenses for users purchased, but the company was very attentive and increased my limits free of charge until the end of six months subscription.

From all the CRM products I tried and tested, I’d go with amoCRM. It sure does have its downsides, like complicated phoning option setup and inability to connect with many social networks, but overall, I’d give it 8.5 out of 10. Reason being, it has got all the functions that CRM user needs, including lead storing, follow up, progress and keeping all relevant information. It has all the major platform integrations, it communicates with your email and web site, provides all the stats and has forecasting tools. All that you get at a really fair price, much lower than competitors. Plus, some icing on the cake, you get the best possible support you can expect. So, going with amoCRM again and again.
