amoCRM does everything it is supposed to do like lead scoring, works as a CRM and reporting. The UI is easily readable and everything is placed well.
Though amoCRM looks good and easy to use, one of the main problem is that the lead scoring is not flexible but leaving that aside it is a pretty decent product.

The customer service is top notch and the phone app is so valuable!
Also totally love the phone app! Makes it super easy to manage leads and conversations from anywhere
I had a hard time setting up the chat bot but other than that it’s great!

It is very user-friendly, it serves the purpose of establishing a basic database of contacts. It also integrates with Google.
I think it is quite pricey for the features they offer, especially considering that there are other systems in the market the offers more features for less cost.

The business I am in is very small and not many people work here. This is perfect for helping us stay organized.
Very good for small businesses. Very easy to use and it is not as expensive as some of the other CRMs out there.
It is not that great for anything other than keeping organized and sending out emails. Larger companies will want to use another.

It has good overall functionality that can be customized to your company’s needs, integrated well with email accounts and notifies you of daily projects and events.
With so many features of functionality it would be nice to have more technical support from USA rather than European CSR’s

Does a great job of moving the customer along in a sequence of events towards a sale. Has great integration with the MS Products and more.
We really didn't find anything we didn't like about the product at this point. We have moved our decision to 1st quarter of 2019.

Many features. Clear and understandable interface, that is not cluttered. Reasonable pricing. Good support team eager to help.
I fact too many features only larger teams can use. It seems that are more focused on analytics than on automation.

As Director of Sales, I can confidently say that amoCRM - your secret weapon to improve business performance. The system makes it easy to control the conduct of all your transactions, schedule tasks, mark all the upcoming events. It is very convenient to create a list of contacts, there is ability to sort contacts by company. The system has an informative mode of analytics that allows to follow all steps of transactions and successfully bring them to the end. Developers regularly update the system, because the world is not standing still. My conclusion is this - amoCRM well suited to small business.

One year ago we decided to implement CRM system in our business. After testing several variants of systems we stopped at amoCRM. It has rich functionality, but it is quite simple and user-friendly. Interface is not overloaded, its really intuitive. A lot of convenient functions, such as e-mail integration, ability to use widgets, for example, to phone customers directly from amoCRM, api integration...

Tested amoCRM, and then implanted this system in my sales department. Firstly, it has a very friendly user interface. Each button on the right place. There is no need to read the documentation to understand the system. Secondly, prepared business sales process and key metrics are built into the system. There is no need to wrestle with how to structure the sale. Everything has been thought out for you. Thirdly, managers like system! They are happy to start working in it. And finally, in amoCRM there are many ready-made integrations - the so-called widgets. Thus we can easily and without programming connect CRM system to our site by Wordpress.

I have been using amoCRM now for the last 5 months and as I have said, I couldn't imagine using anything else. It's a really easy and user-friendly CRM and I'd recommend it to just about anyone looking for a simple tool that still gets the job done. Back when we were looking into several CRMs, I chose amoCRM because it had seemed to be one of the simplest. I was not let down. Whenever I had questions about something, Sang and Xenia from customer service helped out quickly. There is really nothing for me to complain about here.

We decided to have implemented CRM, considered several options . We stopped at amoCRM. She is very friendly Interface , our employees very quickly learned to use it. Now we save a lot of time due to the acceleration of work in typical operations. We always have up to date information about the current status of the company as a whole and for specific employee . Already there was an understanding of what additional features we need in amoCRM, we will implement them and actively use . I recommend to try.
Mobile Application of amoCRM is a high quality App.
It is still a small number of standard modules - widgets.

The key difference of amoCRM is that sales rep could easily start using the system and quickly understand the logic inherent in it.

The software really helps to create an automated sales system and create the customer experience desired. It helps to see where in the process We are, and what methods works and what not. Effective and can be utilized for new employees as well.
The functionality is overwhelming at first, so it takes quite some time to get familiar with the software and its use. Some of the categories are not so intuitively and one must look around some time before finding what is needed. Of course this goes easier over time.

I've been using amoCRM for almost a month now. I like that it is very easy to use and intuitive, features drag and drop approach in their user interface, provides great capabilities for collaboration between teams, and is relevantly affordable. The integration with third parties, such as Dropbox and Mailchimp, works seamlessly and as expected. I do not really like the limits on leads subject to number of licenses for users purchased, but the company was very attentive and increased my limits free of charge until the end of six months subscription.

From all the CRM products I tried and tested, I’d go with amoCRM. It sure does have its downsides, like complicated phoning option setup and inability to connect with many social networks, but overall, I’d give it 8.5 out of 10. Reason being, it has got all the functions that CRM user needs, including lead storing, follow up, progress and keeping all relevant information. It has all the major platform integrations, it communicates with your email and web site, provides all the stats and has forecasting tools. All that you get at a really fair price, much lower than competitors. Plus, some icing on the cake, you get the best possible support you can expect. So, going with amoCRM again and again.

Amo is so cool! It’s so handy for deals conducting and tasks setting. It’s been a year since I don’t need to think about and trying to remember what I have to do tomorrow anymore. My supervisor has always wanted to control me and now he can actually do it without compromising my work. Gone are the days when I had to fill the reports every night by my hand. I am so glad we found a system like this.
There is nothing I can tell, all problems or errors are immediately corrected, so our business is not affected by them.

I had tested many CRM systems when I had to choose one for my sales department. I found amoCRM to be more attractive for my tasks. amoCRM was chosen not only in terms of functionality, but concerning usability too. Therefore, it was the key reason for setting system up. What is more, it really works fast and allow my managers to reduce time for contact handling. In a word, I'm going to stay with amoCRM, it's what I was looking for.
