Pros

Overall the implementation of a loyalty program has been successful and adds a more dynamic and interactive experience for our customers.
Our customers love our reviews and rewards programs that fit seamlessly into our web shopping experience.
They are easy to work with, very customer responsive, and an excellent business partner.

Pros

I like that it is easy to use, useful when helping customers and there are a lot of good features on it.
Help us to understand why we should use Social Media. The functionnalities are very great and new are coming.
Very easy to user, good & fast support, nice reporting features.

Cons

The backend doesnt easily intergarate with other platforms and most copy isnt easily ammendable. The reporting particuraly is difficult to use and can be confusing.
The UI and dashboards are also in desperate need of an update.
We are still having inconsistencies and odd occurrences from time to time.

Cons

This feature is currently missing but is under development.
While I find it to be fairly intuitive, some of the agents struggle with it. I also think they should have more space in their Snippet Knowledge base.
The data they collect is mostly useless. Understanding basic insights such as tickets per week, average time solve are very difficult.
