Pros

They provide us with great suggestions and have a wealth of knowledge which is really helpful when first starting out with a CRM system.
Great service and never ending patience to help us integrate and understand the initial roll out. We recommend without reservation.
The system has plenty of great features built in whilst still remaining easy to use which I think is a great plus.

Pros

Easy to build and customize. Also the customer service/help desk has been amazing - friendly, helpful and available.
Flowfinity solved our numerous field service challenges with ease and great service.
Our development team is good, but small and stretched. With flowfinity we were able to get to a solid usage standard, and deployed, in 5 weeks.

Cons

We have not had any major issues or found any problem that was not dealt with quickly and easily.
This has been adapted many times since we started as we have grown and developed. There would be no hesitation regarding recommending the product regardless of the business activity.

Cons

No individual component is particularly confusing, but there are many different workflows and processes involved if you want to be able to get the most out of the platform.
Sometimes this can be painful as the application can't be modified for weeks.
The main downside to Flowfinity is its learning curve.
