Pros

They provide us with great suggestions and have a wealth of knowledge which is really helpful when first starting out with a CRM system.
Great service and never ending patience to help us integrate and understand the initial roll out. We recommend without reservation.
The system has plenty of great features built in whilst still remaining easy to use which I think is a great plus.

Pros

I am highly pleased with the product. I am exceptionally pleased with the support we receive.
The Customer Support team at HighGear is amazing as well and always ready to help us out and talk through and suggest ways to help and improve.
The greatest benefit is the ability to create exactly what we need and to make changes quickly.

Cons

We have not had any major issues or found any problem that was not dealt with quickly and easily.
This has been adapted many times since we started as we have grown and developed. There would be no hesitation regarding recommending the product regardless of the business activity.

Cons

I think that there is almost too much in HighGear and that can make it overwhelming and confusing.
As an administrator, I can't think of anything. Any time I've run into an issue or a problem HighGear has come with up a solution.
