Pros

They provide us with great suggestions and have a wealth of knowledge which is really helpful when first starting out with a CRM system.
Great service and never ending patience to help us integrate and understand the initial roll out. We recommend without reservation.
The system has plenty of great features built in whilst still remaining easy to use which I think is a great plus.

Pros

We have enjoyed partnering with MaintainX and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been a great asset in getting us what we need to be successful with the product.
I particularly love that there is a comment section attached to each WO – meaning all staff can be informed of issues, making handovers seamless. The reporting feature is one of my favourites.
Our overall experience with MaintainX has been great. They have great customer support, a very easy to set-up system, and the system very easy for users to learn and use.

Cons

We have not had any major issues or found any problem that was not dealt with quickly and easily.
This has been adapted many times since we started as we have grown and developed. There would be no hesitation regarding recommending the product regardless of the business activity.

Cons

This also prevents lost text message that take up time from everyone's day to find out if it was received or not.
Not having a password option, and having to use 2 factor logins has been a struggle for some of our older staff members.
It was a mess without a method to keep communication organized. The previous person in my position would just scribble a jumble of notes to try and remember everything.
