Pros

CiviMail does an excellent job with bounce and subscription management, but it's not as user friendly as a service like MailChimp or Constant Contact for HTML mail composition.
I would recommend with reserve. Still very useful, if you do not have the budget to opt for better services.
CiviCase brings case management into to application and CiviVolunteer helps you keep track of the eager beavers who want to help your cause.

Pros

Amazing features, ease of use, support, and amazing UI this app and company is a sure-fire winner. They have competitive pricey with loads of features and a GREAT App.
Tithe.ly provided wonderful materials to help me convince my governing board that we needed online giving, and that Tithe.ly could provide that solution in a secure and cost-effective way.
We have been using Tithe.ly for an easier way to make donations. Overall, our congregation has been satisfied with the ease of use and the ability to make recurring donations.

Cons

I have had some trouble using the scheduled mailings feature. Once the mailing didn't go out at all.
It's built on soon-to-be deprecated software, so investing in its deployment might be a little risky.
Sadly lacking documentation on creating extensions.

Cons

The name is off-putting, carrying a bad connotation.
Probably the only drawback is just learning your way around when getting started. There is a fairly extensive options list when you log in, and can be a bit confusing at first.
Really my only complaint is that it doesn't default to Bank account payments as I feel more people would choose that option if it were the default.
