Pros

Costumer service is always excellent, everyone's very friendly and helpful at appointedd.
The customer service has also been superb - always there to help if any issuesdo arise.
Appointedd is accessible on all my devices and supports my team in providing our services in a professional and cost-effective manner. From the microsite to the widgets, I like it's flexibility.

Pros

It's a excellent solution for the Salons & Spas. I have tried so many software, Waffor is the Best.
Easy to use, customisation at its best, strong and supportive back end team, add on updates almost every month, not heavy on pocket.
I love the software , its very friendly very easily to use.

Cons

The only things is there a few things that's had went wrong and also you can only enter one treatment at a time. Which is also a hassle for my clients online.
The admin part of the software can be a little confusing to learn.

Cons

Using MioSalon for more than 6months and now I bring back my lost customers.
The fact that it is available only as a cloud solution kills the experience.
Proper Billing & daily sale report SMS. Intimation on Cancelled bills.
