Pros

It is easy to use and links right to Outlook so your appointments are organized with your other meetings. The customer service is great and it is very affordable.
Pretty easy to setup and use, excellent interface and flexible setting. Happy with this product.
Customer service with Appointlet has been incredible. I feel like I know the guys over there on the level of a good friend.

Pros

My business was not doing great at all before I used them, when I first started out things were great but then they kind of flat lined and then it just went down.
The first and foremost thing that I have to mention is that the customer support is extremely nice, helpful, and prompt. There has been no customer service that I have experienced like this before.
Great customer service, great features, really easy to use & customize to your liking. We are very happy with this software so far.

Cons

After the web developer added the button to my website I got an error that was putting off enquiries. I contacted my hoster and they said conflicting info to my developer.
Client and I receive an email that does not have their name, but has their email address as if it is their name. Looks impersonal and as if it is a mistake.
Today's client prefers to schedule their own appointments with out having to call in. I no longer have to be tied to my phone to set appointments.

Cons

Less phone calls from customers, less problems and mistakes to deal with which equals less headaches.
The software is very big and there are times where I find myself getting lost when I need to make a change.
The reports section took me a little bit to figure out but once I did there was nothing that was too difficult for me to use.
