Pros

It is easy to use and links right to Outlook so your appointments are organized with your other meetings. The customer service is great and it is very affordable.
Pretty easy to setup and use, excellent interface and flexible setting. Happy with this product.
Customer service with Appointlet has been incredible. I feel like I know the guys over there on the level of a good friend.

Pros

It is extremely user friendly and is of excellent quality. Lets not forget that their team is extremely helpful and always follow up.
I love that Luma gives us the opportunity to customize the messages that go out to our patients. We have used other software that didn't and this capability is huge for us.
There are a lot more positives then negatives. For my money it has been so helpful, it’s like having a dedicated employee for a fraction of the price.

Cons

After the web developer added the button to my website I got an error that was putting off enquiries. I contacted my hoster and they said conflicting info to my developer.
Client and I receive an email that does not have their name, but has their email address as if it is their name. Looks impersonal and as if it is a mistake.
Today's client prefers to schedule their own appointments with out having to call in. I no longer have to be tied to my phone to set appointments.

Cons

This was unacceptable and rendered the online booking useless.
SOMETIMES WHILE ENTERING INFO YOU GET ALOT OF WARNINGS POPPING UP ON BOTH OF SCREEN.
We had some initial difficulty in the restrictive options of the responses patients could use in responding to the texts.
