Pros

It is easy to use and links right to Outlook so your appointments are organized with your other meetings. The customer service is great and it is very affordable.
Pretty easy to setup and use, excellent interface and flexible setting. Happy with this product.
Customer service with Appointlet has been incredible. I feel like I know the guys over there on the level of a good friend.

Pros

The experience has been great, product is top notch and the team behind it is very supportive as well. SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is doing a great job.
As an executive, time management is hard to deal with. Taskeo help me manage my time effectively while having nice to have add-on such as workflow automation, task progress & time-tracking.
As a startup, Taskeo really did a great job by introducing their Project Management Tools with great sales person that explained everything so clearly and we can adding more features as what we needs.

Cons

After the web developer added the button to my website I got an error that was putting off enquiries. I contacted my hoster and they said conflicting info to my developer.
Client and I receive an email that does not have their name, but has their email address as if it is their name. Looks impersonal and as if it is a mistake.
Today's client prefers to schedule their own appointments with out having to call in. I no longer have to be tied to my phone to set appointments.

Cons

Each module is charged separately. If you're on a budget, you may not be able to afford to subscribe to all the modules.
Recurring Tasks doesn't support rolling due dates. Needs more integrations such as Microsoft Teams.
