Pros

We like the ease of use from the Front Desk Associate's perspective, excellent performance metrics, and the outstanding customer service.
BLVD is a great booking system for so many reasons. First and most importantly their team is incredibly responsive and helpful.
The Little Mermaid quote was a little cheeky but honestly accurate, it's been such a nice transition for my business & my team loves it.

No more wasting paper printing schedules and service bills, everything is done through the service providers app on their smart phone.
There are certain functionalities that are frustrating to our employees + our clients.
No need to send reports to accounting - they can access everything themselves.
