Pros

There is great customer support and help setting up your Scheduler and users. If you have multiple offices there is also the ability to handle that as well.
Once you learn it, it's simple to use. The support has been outstanding - quick and knowledgeable.
This is a great software for spa's to work with because of its extra features and functionality. I liked the space it gives to add as many employees as needed and the way it was set up.

Pros

The whole support team has been amazing. The help staff have been responsive with any question I have had, and they are open to any ideas I have offered up as a user.
Managers love the log book to help with communication and the ability to do just about everything they would need to from their phones.
I love how user friendly it is and the capability to send messages to specific groups. I also enjoy being able to pull up employees contact info and keep things separate from my personal phone.

Cons

I had to stop using the software because we needed to maintain medical records in the same location. I changed software and really miss my experience with Appointment Plus.
Currently we are mostly frustrated with the text reminder system. It is sending out texts to deleted appointments or old clients.
Years of unresolved issues. Very lackadaisical attitude toward fixing bugs.

Cons

The system alerts me and warns me of any conflicts, overtime and whether or not the employee is trained to fill a particular position on the schedule. It does all the thinking for you.
The only bad thing I have to say is I can't actually build the schedule from my phone.
My only complaint is not being able to see who has opened messages.
