Pros

There is great customer support and help setting up your Scheduler and users. If you have multiple offices there is also the ability to handle that as well.
Once you learn it, it's simple to use. The support has been outstanding - quick and knowledgeable.
This is a great software for spa's to work with because of its extra features and functionality. I liked the space it gives to add as many employees as needed and the way it was set up.

Pros

I have a vet friend who needed some help around the office and had recently switched to ProPet software. The staff at the office were super impressed with the software.
The reports are amazing to use. Emails to the customers works flawlessly, and we have customers using the customer portal to book appointments and they love it.
Amazing price, amazing program, and amazing response when you have a questions (Although the software is so easy to use, that we rarely ask for anything).

Cons

I had to stop using the software because we needed to maintain medical records in the same location. I changed software and really miss my experience with Appointment Plus.
Currently we are mostly frustrated with the text reminder system. It is sending out texts to deleted appointments or old clients.
Years of unresolved issues. Very lackadaisical attitude toward fixing bugs.

Cons

Really a waste of money really mad I actually paid money to use this program.
The only issue is the the cross API with TWO TAXES doesn't work in Quickbooks. So when two taxes are transferred quickbooks gets confused and thinks the customer overpaid one of the taxes.
It is a Canadian company so the date function works weird. You have to enter the year first and cannot manually type a date in.
