Pros

There is great customer support and help setting up your Scheduler and users. If you have multiple offices there is also the ability to handle that as well.
Once you learn it, it's simple to use. The support has been outstanding - quick and knowledgeable.
This is a great software for spa's to work with because of its extra features and functionality. I liked the space it gives to add as many employees as needed and the way it was set up.

Pros

It is a great help in organizing and ensuring managers and supervisors maintain appropriate and efficient staffing.
Overall it does the job and the customer service is good and I am hoping to resolve some of our other concerns with it here in the future.
Their training teams have been wonderful and very patient with us in learning new facets of the software. We hope to engage more with E-hub but we have not been able to implement it as of yet.

Cons

I had to stop using the software because we needed to maintain medical records in the same location. I changed software and really miss my experience with Appointment Plus.
Currently we are mostly frustrated with the text reminder system. It is sending out texts to deleted appointments or old clients.
Years of unresolved issues. Very lackadaisical attitude toward fixing bugs.

Cons

My only complaint would have been the lack of information shared from WinTeam to EHUB.
We are providing gross margin reports for each site and we are able to accurately allocate all of our labor and other direct costs.
We often had to enter data 2-3 times. We had spreadsheets that worked well enough but to was all a bit clumsy and overly redundant, not to mention prone to error.
