Extremely easy to make dental appointments for our patients!

I love that it also sends them reminders! The reports are also a great feature to keep track of cancellations and no-shows.

Cons

The only issue with letting them schedule themselves is that they expect to be done at a certain time because they see the start and end time.

We also like that we are able to do most things ourselves, without needing to rely on help (e.g. pull reports, change notifications, change schedules, etc).

Cons

Some work arounds required - some additional flexibility in the fields would make for a cleaner user experience for end users, but overall the product fits our needs.

The best scheduling tool

When we can't find the particular combination of commands in their menus, either the knowledge base or their excellent customer service solves the problem.

Pros

It is easily customizable so we can give an appointment page the look of the company who's employees will be scheduling their time slots.

Cons

It can take a little effort to change details to match your needs, but when I can't find the specific combination, their customer service is excellent and very responsive.

Great value for money and easy to use

The providers can see real-time changes to their daily schedules.

Pros

We use this calendar scheduling platform separate from other office software, but it is simple to keep the window open in Chrome and open it to make client appointments.

Cons

Really nothing that we don't like about the program after using it for several years. We went to this from paper schedule book and haven't looked back.

After quick training and fantastic on-going assistance from Gary, ApptPlus is user friendly and an efficient time saver.

This function requires intervention by the support team and comes at an additional cost. Customization is not always easy with regards to creating and editing appointment slots.

I'm aware of your account and your unique situation of needing to delete all customers in your database periodically. That isn't a common use case and it is true that we do not provide a way for users to delete all of their customers at the same time. We made a decision to not include this feature because we felt that it posed too much of a risk to our clients. Thus, we do it upon request, as needed, and with a signed approval form. ONE OF MY BIGGEST MISTAKES

very dissatisfied, I'm in a tough spot as we cannot just cancel our service & move on. I now have to look for another company and transition away from this platform as they impact to our business is too much to continue this relationship.

I liked everything they told me the software would do, the customization, the sync with outlook. the email notifications

Cons

Outlook integrations didn't work, Customization was limited due to how the account was setup just to name a few.

Not the greatest with customer service but its a pretty good product.

Pros

Being able to organize client events is always a plus so you know where and when someone needs to be. You can also see how many people have registered for each session.

Cons

Pulling the reports is not always easy or organized which is a down side sometimes depending how many events there may be.

Please don't waste your time or money they charge for everything even the ability to contact customer service via phone (which sometimes they don't answer and you have to wait fir a call back) otherwise the free customer service is by email only and can take up to 4 days for a response.

With regard to user-friendliness, whenever you use a new software system, there is always a period in which you are learning how to use it. For AppointmentPlus, once users are trained and have used it for a period of time, most report that it's easy to use and very intuitive.
