Pros

I think there are some steps that could be taken to improve appointment reminder, but right now, I think it's the best solution out there.
I love this software, it's so easy to use and it's just great. Especially since I can't remember anything.
Ease of us was a nice feature the options to text or email were great.

Pros

Chili Piper is a great alternative to other scheduling softwares. The big win is it allows us to display a calendar on our website right after a prospect fills out their info.
Overall Chili Piper is a great product with a growing list of features. If you have time to work with their awesome support team you can get a really great scheduling process in place.
The feature that I like the best is how it sends an automated email to all participants before the meeting. This as made for our attendance on meetings to be superb.

Cons

I have been using it for five years and never had a single problem - until my PC broken down. They let me upgrade the software and move it to the new computer by transfer the license.
Our appointments are booked sometimes months in advance. If a client misses, it is hard to get them back in and if they miss, we can't fill the spot therefore lose revenue.
It can be a little difficult to schedule two appointments with the same start time, but it can be done.

Cons

I think the software user interface could use some improvements in getting around, sometimes its confusing, and sometimes the terms confuse me.
The need for support assistance to simply sign in was obnoxious.
Chili Piper has helped us no longer waste time and lose demos from the website or no shows.
