I also like being able to send out e-newsletters and have an AI feature to help me polish my messages and give suggestions with integrated call to action buttons. And lastly, it gives multiple integrated ways to collect payments and issue automatic receipts that has my branding on everything.

We also have issues with the tipping option for invoices sporadically, and I do wish we could confirm appointments for clients in cases where they tell us directly rather than through the automated system.

There are some missing features like robust inventory tracking or advanced color-coding, leading to glitches.

I also wish people could sign up more than one person with on email address, as that is a challenge when a parent is attempting to sign two children up for a class.

I wish it was easier for people to schedule groups or appointments without me first placing it on the calendar and sharing the link.

Also, the sms function seems to be unreliable despite having enough credits (only with certain clients from time to time, but recently became more frequent).
